Getting Frustrated!

Hi all!!

SOoo I’ve been training for around 2 years now, made some good gains I think for 2 years. Problem is, i’m finding it hard to get motivated lately…

I seem to of lost a bit of weight (im into losing my belly but not at the expense of muscle). I’m finding it hard to keep up a decent diet, finding the food I normally eat boring or simply feel sick when I eat it. Strength has gona up recently, but I dunno… feeling that i’m not making the progress i’d like. Losing a bit of weight and not noticing any reduction in my belly annoys me… alot!!

Any suggestions / words of wisdom please guys? Maybe tell me what your diets look like.

At the moment i’m about 195lb at 6 foot with a 36inch waist .

Take a week off, relax, have fun. Find a new program and come back next week re-energized and ready to start a new program. Sounds like your body is asking for a rest. Listen.

Switch gears. Do something fun or competitive. Enter a powerlifting or strongman comp, or at least find a group of people nearby that do “group sessions” and join in. Revamp your routine, try new lifts or change your set/reps.
