You need to be a responsible citizen and exhaust all proper channels before “fucking this guy up”.

It is not YOUR JOB to take care of this guy, it is THEIR JOB. Your tuition is paying their wages so call them up and make them DO THEIR JOB!

Also be sure to thoroughly document everything about every incident after it happens and keep redundant copies of your records in multiple locations. Date, time, location, persons involved, events leading up to it and following it, and every detail you can remember in between.

Keep a cool head about yourself and act responsibly or else you’ll come out looking like a pair of fucking morons instead of one normal, law-abiding citizen and a fucking moron trying to start shit with him.

If you aren’t alerting the authorities to this wanker’s deviant behaviour, you are a willing accomplice.

You have two choices:

  1. Be a Responsible Citizen
  2. Be a willing accomplice

Report it to the fucking authorities already. He will more than likely try to pull more shit - at which point you contact the authorities again. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

This creates a written history with the authorities that it is clearly the other guy who is at fault in whatever it is going on between you two.

If it comes down to a physical altercation, the records will clearly show that you have been the one following proper channels, and that he is in the wrong.

(EDIT: I have done this more than a handful of times and IF the situation ever escalated, the responding officers and I were already on a first-name basis and the first words out of their mouth would be “what did he/they do this time?” It put me in a very powerful position from a legal standpoint.)

Otherwise if you handle this like an idiot or a pussy (read: Willing Accomplice) you will snap, take a swing at him, and both of you will be expelled from the college – and rightly so.
