Rugby girls easy on the eyes?? I do know the feeling though, nothing like a group of ladies watching you lift to get the power going.
That’s one of the main benefits of lifting in a Crossfit gym
Rugby’s a great game, there’s just so much running. I played back in high school, toured New Zealand with the school team for two weeks when I was sixteen. That was a really cool experience.

I was under the impression that all women are the same height lying down.

True, but taller women are tougher to wrestle down so that you can do a lying down comparison.

Higher COG brah. Double leg take down, game over. Just watch out for the guillotine.

You sound like a casual MMA fan.

I use to be in to MMA but I haven’t been for years. I watched my first ufc on VHS tape! I think it was UFC 8 or something like that. They had Royce Gracie on and this wrestler guy that took like 3 punches to the nuts. It was savage.

I also went to see the first UFC event in the UK, UFC 38 and a few other local shows since then.

Yeah, I used to wrestle, the blast double was a go-to move for me. I remember a couple people telling me I should go into MMA, but I never liked the idea of getting punched in the face. Don’t follow UFC much these days, though I saw an event at the MGM Grand in Vegas for a friend’s bachelor party one time. Kind of glad I did that trip before I quit drinking.
