lunges really got the glutes firing aka GLUTES FOR THE SLOOTS to get them butts for the sluts :wink:

Yesterday did 5x5 bench (working sets ramped)

then did some incline bench/chest flys (hate chest flys)
and some tricep stuff

8x8 weighted pull-ups with 40 lb vest
then just a bunch of pullups throughout the night
