Get Shredded in 6 Days - Low Carb Days

I am having a ‘Beach’ day and am following the Get Shredded in 6 days article. I had a question regarding the low carb days. It says to intake 50g of carbs or less. Does this include the 1 serving of Surge Recovery that I take during/after wrkout. If so how could I just reduce it to half a serving so I wont go over the 50g. I understand the importance of peri-workout nutrition and I dont want to skimp out on it. Anyone who has done the Get Shredded article please leave me suggetions or options. Thanks again

Im not going to offer opinion when I don’t know about it. But I’ve been interested in how much of a difference this makes to a physique, could you take a before and after picture, Im sure Im not the only person that would be interested in this. Obviously decline if you would rather not. Thanks

It’s a couple of days, you will be fine without a full serving of Surge for your “beach day”. You shouldn’t be training too high intentsity, avoid the eccentric and emphasize the concentric part of your reps to deplete glycogen but avoid muscle damage and use higher rep ranges.

Depends if your bodyfat is where it needs to be. Most competitors are doing something like this, so yes it works but you arent going to see much of a difference if you arent lean enough.
