Do you think its worth it?Ive gained too much fat and I really dont want to cut because I want to add mass,but Im starting to feel uncomfortable and i want to lose soem fat fast so I can continue bulking…How would you guys rate it?Btw Im thinkin to put my mom and dad into that diet for a week too…

It depends just how much fat/water you are holding I suspect.

Rapid Fat Loss or the Velocity Diet may be the best options for you.

Ensure you have a solid plan to come off the diet.

That and cleaning up you bulking diet.

That being said I am saying all this without knowing anything about you!

I wouldnt do that. I would just drop down the cals for a while

i was looking for something that wouldnt take me too much time as Ive already lost too much time cutting and stuff.Damn genetics,I gain muscle pretty quickly but also fat :'(…

Why don’t you just try this program in that case? It’s not like it’s a long-term commitment or anything.

People don’t learn much about their bodies by asking anonymous posters on the internet, they learn by experimenting with different protocols to determine which works best for their physiology.
