Get Jacked Fast... OMG

Awesome, where do I sign up? CT, respect first and foremost but man, you remind me of a uniformed, badge totting, tormentor of my youth.

Question i was reading the Details about this program. I was wondering how effective is the program if you dont buy any of the supplements required?

Not that im against supplements im just on a budget.

Totally agree with Aggro, CT’s articles on here are really good, but has any body from the UK tried it? I’m just wondering if you have to buy loads of Biotest supps? (which are very expensive to get over here)

There are different options for the supplements, catering to different budgets. The lower budget options are very reasonable. You won’t absolutely need a ton of Biotest supps if you have trouble getting them.

$40 is pretty steep for a workout book. Still, CT is probably the only author I’d pay it for.

You get what you pay for.

(usually)

agree@ CT is the only regular author on here worth even DOING a program from, regardless of if its paid for or not.

Really? REALLY? I don’t know, I certainly don’t feel this way. It’s $40 for a programme that tells you exactly what to eat, what supps to take and what to do in the gym. That’s worth it to me.

I don’t doubt that its worth it. For me it would cost something like $65. Minus the workout program, you can find all that other information on this site.

Hi Guys,

Ive followed the programme and am on week 8 now. I started at 200lb and 17% body fat and am now 186lbs at 12%. My strength has stayed the same if not increased, last night I pulled 200kg (450lbs) on the snatch grip deadlift and managed two chin ups with 42kg (94.5lb) attached to my belt.

I’ll be honest, on two of the cheat meals I have had, I ate far too much junk (one meat feast treble whopper, fries, fanta orange, five donuts, ice cream and profiteroles)and I’ve had three nights on the beer over the course of 7 weeks!

Hope this is of help. Id consider myself an intermediate lifter.

Scott

Those are good results, 5% of BF lost and only a couple of pounds/LBM despite those cheats.

Speaking for myself, I’ve managed to procure some glutamine so aside from a small fruit every night to help me get to sleep, I’m now following the program to a T.

Also, over the past 4 days I’ve been getting leaner every day. It sounds crazy, but I’m visibly leaner now than I was on Sunday, and I weigh less every time I weigh myself at the gym.

On a related note, I seem to lose a kilo every time I work out… lol… I feel very dehydrated, despite the Surge Workout Fuel. What’s a good way to counter dehydration?

Uuuum, water?

By the time I start feeling thirsty during the workout, it’s too late - whatever I drink has no time to “kick in” and doesn’t make a difference. Moreover, drinking a lot during the workout or right before makes me feel sick :(.

Think of it as an investment to all the free information and advice he’s already given out…

Dilute Surge Workout Fuel in more water and add a pinch or two of sea salt

Before ordering this… could someone let me know if it would work on my schedule? I can get to the gym two to three times a week (more like two) and twice on the weekends. Also, I can spend only about 1 hour and 15 minutes at the gym during the work week.

Like I said, I am interested but I cannot change my schedule up much.

From what I can see, you should be OK. On week 1&2, you get Friday off, and Wednesday is intervals which I suppose you could do outside.

Make no mistake though, you’ll probably have to make some sacrifices to do the programme as it is in the book. At one point later on you’ll have to do 2 workouts/day, twice a week, for two weeks.

Although, even if you decide not to follow the workout programme as a whole, I feel that the blocks will still be beneficial to you on their own and give you a lot of good ideas.

0.02 RUR.

Thanks, G87

So, quick update. Weight was down to 183 pounds today. 6-pack is now visible when flexed, though not under direct light. Some new definition is starting to appear in my legs and back. Weight down 8-9 pounds so far, tomorrow is the last day of week 2.

Maybe the word has a different meaning where I live, but I take ‘jacked’ to mean big and muscular. However, it seems through the testimonials herein that the program is designed more for fat loss. Of course, looking ‘jacked’ is assisted through fat loss, but is this the aim of the program?
