German Volume Training

Dear T-Nation community,

just registered a forum account on T-Nation to participate in the discussions.
Have been bodybuilding for about six years now, mostly focussed on heavy weights (3 to 8 reps), but I would like to change my routine now to high volume with moderate or light weights since I am recovering from a shoulder injury (not sports related).

Unfortunately I am not a native American, which makes it hard for me to understand all the texts on this website.
Hope you can help a brother out.

Charles Poliquin for instance published a text on the 10 sets of 10 system, which is also called “German Volume Training” GVT.

Does he suggest …

Exercise A1
90 seconds rest
Exercise A2
90 seconds rest
Exercise A1
90 seconds rest
Exercise A2
90 seconds rest
… etc …

or

Exercise A1
Exercise A2
90 seconds rest
Exercise A1
Exercise A2
90 seconds rest
… etc …

Thanks for your time. I am planning to hang around.

90 seconds in between exercises. So… A1, take 90 seconds, A2, take 90 seconds, A1, take 90 seconds… etc.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HAVE BEEN WONDERING THAT FOR SOOOOOOOOOO LONNNG YOU DONT UNDERSTAND

do u do A1 then rest 100secs then A2 rest 100secs. or do A1 and do A2 right after and then rest 100secs. or do A1 and then rest 100secs, and then repeat A1
