German Body Comp for fat loss...

How does this look instead of following Poliquin’s exact program, but using his split:

Day 1:Back and Hams and day 1 of Luke saduer’s calves

Day 2: Delts, tris, bis, and abs

Day3:off

Day 4: Chest and quads and day 2 of calve routine

Day 5: off

I will try to incorporate as many compound movements as possible, and since the calve isn’t that big of a muscle I think if I get enough protein I can increase it’s size a little, what do you guys think

Irontank - I think that if you’re restricting calories then your calves still won’t grow regardless of the amount of calories you put in. (Unless you’ve neglected them too much perhaps.) It’s like any muscle, if the environment’s right for it to grow, it does, or rather they all do, not just the one. That’s how I’ve always seen it anyway…

mark, u are right, i was hopeing that if i consumed enough protein and had a good post workout shake that since my calve are small i would be able to add some size to them, but looking over teh routine, it is way too hard to do if i am not going to see any gains, thanks
