Unless there’s a disease, it’s probably only overdeveloped due him only, or mostly using that arm when arm wrestling or working out.
My left arm is badly injured, hard to train… Causes pain 90% of the time in lifts and you can’t really do anything about it after surgery it looks like he’s had surgery. Maybe he’s worse off than me… I chose to train the arm anyway I guess this is what I would look like if I took the “I’ll train my good arm” route.
It looks like his left arm is dysfunctional.
