Generic Brands?

Oh here goes…

*Ever heard of Body Fortress? Or Six Star? I saw them for protein and creatine. Also Body Fortress Glutamine powder.

*CW recommends HOT-ROX and ZMA. These are very expensive in the stores I looked at. Any cheaper brands with the same effects/ingredients?

*Six Star Creatine Ethyl Ester?

personally i’ve had a jug of six star chocolate protein, it was about 10$ less than what I usually bought but didn’t like the flavour and went back to my old brand.

You consider $9.00 for ZMA, which is what is costs through T-Nation, expensive?

he said the stores he looked at… maybe someone should give him a link:

No other product’s ingredients compare to HOT-ROX. The key ingredient has a patent I believe. (You can actually look it up online, if you want.)

Also, CEE probably isn’t worth the extra cost.

you get what you pay for.

hockechamp…thanks for the link. It was expensive were I looked. But I do not have a debit/credit card. Going through a divorce right now so my credit is not good.

Aren’t these the brands Wal-mart sells? Stay away.

Get your credit back in line and order from T-Nation. No reason to throw away what money you do have on junk.

:frowning: damn I just bought a bottle of Body Fortress 100% premium whey protein yesterday. It was $15 at Walmart.
