Leg day finished.
Today I sweated my ass off. I don’t know if I felt any more explosive or powerful or anything like that. But I definitely powered through the whole workout.

Squats: 2 workout sets, 4 working sets, 7 reps each.
Leg extensions: 4 sets, 7 reps each.
Leg Press: 4 sets, 7 reps
Deadlift: 4 sets, 7 reps
Split squat: 4 sets, 7 reps each side. Fuck these things. They can suck a bag of dicks. I’m walking like I got tooled with a pine cone.
Calf raise, standing: 4 sets, 7 reps.
calf raise, seated, 4 sets, 7 reps.

It’s usually 2 days after leg day that I really feel it. Thursday should be fun!

If you are so against it then please leave the forum. I have not used and don’t plan to for a while, but I find this extremely interesting for my own future knowledge, and for some entertainment. Let the man have his cake and eat it too while he becomes much larger and stronger than you, and probably me combined.

Read all of the stickies at the top of the forum, which detail on how to use AAS properly, and so you can come off properly and still not need to take the little blue pill to bang their ladies, or side ladies, or whatever. I come here to learn about BBing, getting stronger, bigger, and a little more badass. You’re making it a little more difficult to do.

Dude I would have been an Alpha Male without steroids had I not come from a rotten childhood. I had a ton of confidence/anxiety issues growing up and still married the prom queen. I got decent wood (7 inches no less) and a professional career. Currently having screwed several men’s wives (4 to be exact) one whose hubby was a stunt man even. You should up the carbs whilst on the dianabol. It increases glycogen storage. To be honest you want reasonable carbs all the way through.

By the way, how accurately are you tracking your protein intake and how much are you getting?

Thanks Massive Guns. I use FitBit’s web-app to track my food, so I am pretty sure I’m at least 95% accurate (since almost none of my food comes out of a box, portion sizes can vary a little bit here and there). I aim for 250 - 300 grams of protein a day, and less than 25g carbs. Regarding upping my carbs, my theory - and I could be completely wrong - is that since the DBol increases glycogen storage, a carb deficit prevents storing that cheap energy in the muscle, my body will instead turn to fat stores and create glycogen indirectly ythrough Gluconeogenesis. My theory’s based on research done at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

We’ll see…

Breakfast: 5 eggs scrambled with 4 pieces of bacon and cheddar cheese
2 servings steamed spinach
1/2 pot coffee, heavy whipping cream, 3 tsp sugar total

Went to the dojo for an hour of Muy Thai. Struggled with the cardio - I think I punched myself out the first 2 rounds of sparring, didn’t have anything left in the tank when it came time for cardio drills. Need to be careful of that on Saturday; I blew through my sparring partners, though. Got a few comments on my aggressiveness. I think it was more mental than anything else; it’s too early (I think) to be effected by the test.

I’m not sure about the DBol; I don’t seem to be feeling anything.

Came home, took my second pin, left glute, 1cc 250 test-e.

Arimidex comes in triangles, and it’s hard for me to cut it up into quarters…so I rigged my pill splitter (I am an engineer), and am cutting it into perfectly symmetrical thirds. So I’m taking .33mg EOD. I’m just OCD; I can’t stand the idea that some days I could be taking .27mg,. and some days .23 due to unequal-sized pieces.

This is the kind of OCD shit that keeps me up and night. Can you believe I’ve managed to stay married? I can’t.

Off to work!

Mid-morning snack: Broccoli with buttermilk ranch dressing, hard salami rolled in cheese slices.

Lunch: a tuna steak the size of my fist, big-ass spinach salad with grape tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, cucumbers, and shitake sesame dressing, 2 low-carb mock-chocolate cookies that are just about the most disgusting things in the history of the universe. They smelled like Bigfoot’s dick. No more of those.

Dinner: T-bone steak, cauliflower, artichokes.
1 bottle IsoPure watermelon protein drink (42g whey protein).

A lot of PIP in my left glute. Going to spend some time tonight in the jacuzzi and with a heating pad, see if I can massage it away. Hurts much more than the right glute did.

The pip will go away after a few more pokes

Do you think the pain could be caused by gear that is not real? I have read about people experiencing pain and getting infections from bad gear? Or is it possible you hit a nerve? Also, I am curious if your balls are starting to tingle (like that tingly feeling most of the guys on this forum get when they hear old Scorpion love songs).

TFal - the gear I got was from a trusted source; he was my 1st srgnt while I served, and a man I’ve known for 18 years. If it isn’t genuine and good, I would be very, very surprised. That said, I think that’s always a possibility.

Pain can come from a few other reasons besides bad gear, it can be from how you inject, how much you inject, movement of the needle, size of the needle, how fast you inject, trauma from the needle and of course being the first time in virgin muscle your creating a pocket so to speak in your muscle for the oil

What kind of bacon are you eating? The reason I ask is that I’ve noticed you eat it pretty regularly for breakfast, and I recall reading a study a couple years ago that stated eating two pieces of bacon or breakfast sausage everyday increased either pancreatic or colon cancer (don’t remember which one for sure) by 33% in men, or something like that, due to the high nitrate content. If you can, I would suggest switching to bacon that does not contain any nitrates/nitrites - it will be more expensive, but in my opinion, you can’t put a price on health.

Yes, I eat a lot of bacon at breakfast. I’ve seen reports on that study before; it was actually discredited after peer-review and withdrawn. Here’s a good article showing why nitrates aren’t something to worry about (you get about 400x as much nitrates from celery as you do from bacon, for example).

There’s other reasons to moderate bacon, of course - cholesterol, high in fat, etc - but nitrates aren’t one :wink:

Shoulder/Tri Day:

Shoulder Press, barbell: 2 warm-up sets, 4 working sets, 7 reps each.
Arnold Press: 4 sets, 7 reps. Muscle failure on set 4 rep 7
Cable Face Pulls: 4 sets, 7 reps.
Close Grip Bench press: 2 warm up sets, 4 working sets, 7 reps each
Weighted Dips, 4 reps, 7 sets each
Hanging Leg Raises. Fuck these things. 4 sets, trying to get 20 reps each. Actually went 20, 20, 12, 10.
Weighted Incline Sit-ups. Trying to get 4 sets, 20 reps. Actuals: 10, 13, 15, 10. My abs were smoked. Adding the chain to the leg raises was a bad idea.
Finished with a 10 minute sprint on the treadmill.

Also…wife found my gear today. She was cleaning, asked me what it was. I’m a terrible liar, so I didn’t even try. 30 minutes of unhappy wife, but that’s settled, and at least the monkey of hiding it is off my back.

Still…it’ll end up costing me. I imagine she’ll go on a shoe shopping spree or something soon and use a line like “you spend money to look good, I spend money to look good.”
