Eh. Not even that big of a deal. If people weren’t hypercritical about little religious things, most people wouldn’t even care or understand any of the text.

I wish I could have bought an original.

Do you realize how much money they just lost?

Yeah, I definitely understand the gravity of that situation. I meant people were making a big deal out of something trivial. Looks like it’s time to go bury our heads in the sand again.

Why didn’t they just patch it like everyone else does? Oh well, I’m still hyped for it, and I’m still getting it. Check out some of the user-made stuff that was done during the beta :

God of War :

PacMan

Final Fantasy X Theme music

Dragon

Bus Driver - wtf?

Anyone else getting their copy of Fable 2 at midnight tonight?

Gentlemen (and ladies!), it appears that Dead Space for the 360 is one helluva game:

Can’t wait to play it. Amazed that EA, one of the companies I loathe most, pulled it off.

I’m still waiting for esk’s review.

Waiting…

But yeah, when I finish Lego Batman I will be purchasing Dead Space immediately. It’s nice when a game can be generally creepy without just trying to make you jump all the time (F.E.A.R.) I suppose the same rules apply to movies as well.

I think the psychological thriller is an endangered species.

Dead Space looks like a playable version of the movie Event Horizon.

Sorry guys, I’m going to put some time into it tonight. I sat down with it for a few minutes though and the atmosphere is amazing.

That would be cool, I liked F.E.A.R but I did get bored after a while.

I just got a copy of Command&Conquer 3 because I needed a strategy for the 360 - and it was on sale for $20.

Should be fun.

So Lego Batman is decent?

Lego Batman is tons of fun, albeit a little bit easy. Then again, the same can be said for all the Lego games.

Agreed. It kind of depends on how big of a Batman guy you are. If you’ve played any Lego game before, you know what you’re getting. If not, there’s no reason not to pick it up or at least rent it. As esk said, it IS simple and easy, but the gameplay is fairly addictive.

Has any PS3 owner here had to send his PS3 in for service? I have to send mine off, thankfully it’s still under warranty, but how long does it normally take?

I checked for exclusive packaging for The Hulk, but I haven’t seen anything either in the paper or on the web. I was hoping for something, but I guess they didn’t bother with this one.

Thanks for the heads up though.

I assume it did ok at the box office?

It did ‘okay’, which I think might be why they didn’t pull out all the stops with the exclusives. Perhaps they weren’t sure it would sell as well.

$134 million domestically
$127 million foreign

The production budget was $150 million though.

Their biggest problem was convincing the public that it was not the same movie. They didn’t do near enough to distance themselves from the first one in advertising.

I know tons of people who didn’t see it simply because they didn’t like the first one.

Cross your fingers that the DVD sales are significant, because if not, that will be the last Hulk flick for a long while.

Does anyone have a link to the Hulk crossover animated cartoons. I believe the first one was Hulk vs Wolverine.
