The tenth face of England’s Dr. Who, David Tennant, is bowing out of the show after five years with the wildly successful and highly esteemed science fiction drama.
He will appear in the Christmas episode and 4 hour long specials to air in 2009 and 2010. But after that, it will be time for someone new to take on the role of the shape-shifting time-traveling alien.
Tennant said of his departure, “This show has been so special to me. I don’t want to outstay my welcome.”
Tennant, who is a classically trained actor, is now starring as Hamlet for the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Shakespeare’s famous play.

I think you are the only poster I’ve ever seen quote an article without putting up the link to the article. Makes me want to give you extra credit but then I feel bad knowing you plagiarized. Hmm, how to reconcile wanting to please and wanting to be ethical…
So whats the verdict on fallout 3(no spoliers) for those that have it? I just brought it but have to wait another week or 2(the catch of saving 50 bucks).

Anyone know how much gameplay hours it will have?[/quote]
Mine didn’t turn up yesterday thanks to god-damn royal mail - I should have it on Monday.
Pros
The best fighting targeting I’ve seen in a game like this. The camera angle while in the air is awesome.
Overall better game play than any previous Spiderman game I’ve played (which has been all of them).
It sort of captured that feel of Marvel Alliance mixed with the basic feel of the previous Spiderman games.
They made it feel like and look like the comics in terms of how he moves in the air and the story line.
Better air acrobatics.
Cons
Climbing up a wall has now become difficult. I guess they expect for you to swing everywhere.
I expected the graphics to be better. Maybe I’m nitpicking. While better than any previous PS2 spidey games, it seems like a slight step down from even the last game they released. Good…but I expected more.
The guy acting as Spidey’s voice is irritating.
Somehow, you can now swing from absolutely nothing (most noticeable when going through Central Park). I guess they decided to toss out all of the laws of physics…or even reality.
Not a waste of money and I will be playing it for a few hours, but it seems as if something is missing. They need to come out with a +17 rated version.

I thought Web of Shadows blew ass. I can’t believe they took out the super jump from Spider-Man 2.

How far did you get in it? If you got past that Luke cage tutorial, then you may have a point. I thought the game was weaker before I fought several people without touching the ground at all.
