I haven’t seen a straight story on that yet. I am assuming he just didn’t get along with the director. That would explain why he states he was surprised they let him go and why the studio states there were creative differences.
‘Creative differences’ in Hollywood = ‘Irreconcilable differences’ in divorce court.

very true…
While trying to find more info about Terrence Howard (couldn’t find anything new that we haven’t all seen before), I came across this.
“Iron Man 2 in 3D? Favreau Wants to Shoot Scenes in IMAX!”
…and a little more info about The Avengers:

The more I play this game the more I like it. Once you start tossing cars at the bigger thugs taking over the city and then having to get the injured civilians to the hospital, I tend to think the game found its niche. You don’t get all of the moves at the beginning. You also don’t get to attack cars carrying drive by shooters until after the Cage tutorial.
Edit…get to the point that Black Cat shows up and I am pretty sure you will start to like this game.
I didn’t go through all the pages to find this…so sorry if it is redundant.
But, what are your guy’s opinions on Age of Conan- the online MMORPG one.
Did you find it worth playing without an amazing rig?
How do you like the combat system?
Whats the community like?

Guess I’ll put it back in my Gamefly queue again.
But with all this shit coming out I doubt it, especially with Gears of War 2 next week.
Has anyone played the Mirror’s Edge demo? Another fucking great game for Q4.
I swear man these studios are trying to bleed us dry.

I think games get a bad rap when people play them for all of 5 min and then come to the conclusion that they suck. I could see if it was a game like Viking that was literally shit from the start, but some of the complaints I had in even the previous post (like the wall climbing thing) are off base now seeing as how I get more skills the more I play.
I can run up walls now, not climb. Being able to toss cars at enemies was a great upgrade.
Yeah, I would say give it a chance.
Did anyone ever play that Ghost in the Shell game on the old Playstation. That game was cool. Using a robot insect machine thing: you could climb walls/walk ceilings, fight giant spider tank machine things.
Fallout 3 is fantastic, I had 27 hours of play to finish doing mostly just the main storyline and conveniently placed side quests. I can’t really say about the difficulty, it seems like it can be so easily swayed by your playstyle, so how “hard” it was for me may not be an accurate barometer.
You will not be disappointed with length though, I can tell just by looking at my map that I left tons of side quests undone(I reached the point of no return on final mission unexpectedly, who knew). Right now I’m torn between loading a game before that point and doing side quests on this data, or starting over with a different skillset and knocking them out while I enjoy the replayability.

I’ll look it up, but what kind of game is it, first person shooter?
I think Fallout 3 can be played as a first person shooter or third person (shooter) from the camera angles and gameplay video I have seen. It is certainly not meant to play like a FPS, though, given the adventure/RPG nature of the game. I think that’s what has set it apart.
Without question I see it being Game of the Year.

27 hours of play? Damn, how long have you had it?
I beat Fallout 3 in about 6 hours… 27 hours? thats slow but also I would have liked it to last about that long.
You beat it in 6 hours? Did you just fly right through the main storyline? I definitely didn’t go through as fast as possible, far from it, but I still expected it to be more like 10-12 hrs if I had stuck to the main line the whole way. Guess I sidetracked more than I thought I did.
Yeah I actually saved a few outlying villages too though, from raiders/supermutants. I was sorely disappointed in how short the game was. I plan on replaying it when my vid card is returned from rma

Ok, so I take it you have the PC version?
I wonder if the console version of Fallout 3 is longer? I hope there isn’t a difference.
I’m loving Fable 2. I’m kind of rushing through it so I can get Fallout 3 though.
