So in. Dat jet flying and mission customisation. I hope the AI is good for the other characters during big missions. The driving looks a little more arcade-y to me than in GTA4, but I’m really not sure if my eyes are betraying me on that.
Looks so fun, can’t wait for the animals to be showcased, especially if you could buy a dog. I would spend entire days at the beach with Trevor’s new vicious Rottweiler that has dog-fighting experience to mess with short-shorts joggers. Just because I can’t do it in real life doesn’t mean I can’t do it elsewhere, don’t ruin this urge for me GTA…
TES V: Skyrim (I’m an old school TES fan btw; not one of those trend hopping hipsters!)
TES III: Morrowind
Super Smash Brothers
Pokemon (fite me brah)
Diablo II
Mario 64
Warcraft II (serious)
Portal
Minecraft
If you asked me to make the same list tomorrow it’d probably be different lol. There are so many; I have an extremely hard time ranking them.
Here are the honorable mentions in no order whatsoever:
Fallout III: New Vegas
Bioshock Infinite
Faster Than Light
Rogue Legacy
Dishonored
Halo: Combat Evolved
Halo Reach
GoldenEye 007
Diddy Kong Racing
Star Fox 64
Sonic & Knuckles
Half-Life 2
Portal 2
Terraria
TES IV: Oblivion
Starcraft II
DayZ
The Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening
Counter Strike Source

Indie gaming, props are given. I love the fucking bejeesus out of Rogue Legacy man, doesn’t take all too long to beat, and I found the fourth boss ridiculously easy compared to the third. Such a fun time that game was, I’m happy for that game.

I’m gravitating very much towards indie games these days. I have much less time to devote to gaming than I used to. It’s not as easy to sit down and really get engaged in a 200 hour story. But things like Rogue Legacy or FTL you can just sit down whenever you have a spare half hour and have a ton of fun. I find myself enjoying indie games more than almost all the big budget $60 retail games now; honest to God. Btw I have played the absolute shit out of Rogue Legacy lol. I’ve gotten into +3. Game is basically impossible now haha.

Yeah, I beat the game but I haven’t got all of the journal entries, only got up to the first of the Dungeon ones, really want to finish them off now. Hokage man, hokage is king. The fourth boss should have been harder, should have been a demon Ninja boss instead of a blastocyst I think. I loved the third one though, Ponce De Leon is super annoying. Have you played The Pit? The new one. I got pretty into that a month or so ago, but I could never beat it.
I used to love using anyone with powerbombs overhead suplexes and random high kicks. Kane /undertaker with their choke slams were dope as well.
I can’t believe I forgot goldeneye and turok as well as perfect dark. Star fox was a sick game as well.

I was gung ho Hokage at first too lol. Eventually though; after you get the crit skills and slayer gear the assassin outstrips him.
I’ll have to check out The Pit; haven’t played it.

Top 10 series of all time:
Zelda - A ton of games, content, and has on more than one occasion revolutionized the industry.
Call of Duty
Fallout
Halo
Mario
Super Smash Brothers
Grand Theft Auto
Killzone
Battlefield
Shinning Force (Oh ya I added a Sega Genesis series)
Honorable mentions:
-Uncharted: So close to making the list!
-Assassins Creed: Thought after AC Brotherhood the series got a bit stale
-Batman AA/City: Huge Batman fan, but I’m not convinced after only 2 successful games
-Resistance: A lot of folks don’t like the series, but I’ve enjoyed all 3.
-Metroid: Awesome history, but nothing new for a while now.
-Star Wars Rogue Squadron: Loved these games!
-Saints Row - Goofy version of GTA (Who doesn’t enjoy smacking a gang banger across the face with a giant purple dildo bat??).
-Crysis: Enjoyed 2 & 3 (never played 1). Fun, but didn’t draw me in like other games.

You forgot Final Fantasy.

You know I was never into final fantasy. A lot of people really like it that’s for sure.

Also, if you actually played Crysis 1 or Warhead, it may be in your top 10. Both of those are FAR superior than the rest of the series (which is still very good)
Hmmm, well I got Crysis for free with Crysis 3. Maybe I’ll go ahead and download it.
I’d say its definitely worth it. However, if you have a PC that can run it, it is still quite possibly the best looking game to date when played on very high settings, along with Warhead. It looks OK on PS3 but completely elevates the experience on a good gaming PC. Even on all medium settings it still looks better than nearly everything on current gen consoles.

Mmm, I think I fucked up early on with the upgrade tree and didn’t upgrade the knave earlier, I kind of enjoy the Lich too just for funsies, but the high melee damagers are my jam.
It’s called Swords Of The Stars: The Pit. It’s not the best of the lot, probably not even close to them, but I still had a lot of fun time trying to beat it. Ima go through a NG+ on Rogue Legacy and focus Assassin, see how quickly I can speedrun it now.
