I don’t know why they got rid of the red underwear. I mean that. We all either accepted or hated the Superman costume decades ago, changing one little thing like that barely makes a difference, well other thna making him look naked a bit.

I am glad they changed it. The basic design of those comic costumes came from old strongmen…which is why the ahve underwear outside their pants.
Our culture has moved way passed that now…to the point that most people don’t even know that.
It is time to make it fit our current culture.
Red underwear outside the pants just isn’t logical…anymore…and grown people are reading these comics now.

Yeah, I think Autumn might be kind of cool, if they had a hide in trees mechanic or something.
But can you imagine a Batman game based in bright summer days? I assume it’s easier and more believable to go rainy, dark winters for the whole shadows shtick, and also the whole emotional metaphor thing.

you are right without a doubt, it allows easier game mechanics by not necessitating a day and night cycle to be in the game but still lol

It’s one of Christopher Nolans ideas to keep Superman grounded in reality.
No one will question why Superman looks like Clark Kent without glasses as everybody will be too busy staring at his superwang to notice his face.
