This is the game that I am really really waiting for, anybody else play Portal?
For anyone who is a Fan of MMOrpgs, i checked out a beta for FF14 the other day at a friends house. Its very pretty, but the controls seem a bit weird too me. Also, they are implementing some “can only do blank for this long” thing.
So say farming exp would stop giving you exp after like 2 hrs or something, or you could only level a skill for a certain amount of time. I mean, i think its retarded and it will lose a lot of people, but i believe they says its a means of making people level up everything/explore all skills. really weird concept honestly. “Either level something else, or go do something else” is what i gather.
Plus, its only like 10$ a month, but the increases with the more characters your create or something. I dunno, thinking about the game more makes me like it less and less lol.

I think somebody described it as tribes meets WoW? Also it’s going to be free. This interests me greatly because for one: it’s a shooter (I hate “click on this target to start attacking it until it falls down”) so there’s at least some skill aspect, two: it’s free!!! (<–poor college student), and then there’s all this new mmo stuff about “dynamic events” so that’ll potentially keep it from getting grindy.
But I’ve heard people say it’s too good to be true, but I’ll wait and see.

I always liked the ace combat series but this one is going to make me shit bricks.
No matter what anyone says, Smallville spent the last decade venturing into the psyche of a young version of one of America’s greatest fictional heroes of the modern era. Losing the guy who plays Lex Luthor on the show did set back the hold it had on viewers…but for real fans of the comic hero, you would have to be insane to not appreciate what they spent ten years creating…even if some of those episodes were way too “WB”.
Well, either way, the show is finally coming to an end…and they managed to do it before they jumped the shark.

I know people are going to be dry humping those two but personally I’m all about Capt America and Thor so far.
Hulk, Akuma, Juggernaut, prolly venom would be badass too.

I cummed lol. Star Wars Rouge squadron was my favorite flying game. I prefer the arcade flying games, the sims are too complicated for my short attention span.

Wolverine is the greatest comic character of all time, he is just overused and regularly poorly written. X-23 I agree is a pointless character.
Shaun Himmerick of Netherrealm Studios yesterday surprised people by speaking about Sony’s next iteration of the PSP, the PSP2. Though it’s yet to be confirmed, Shaun said the PSP2 is real and that the Mortal Kombat developer has one in house.
Himmerick also confirmed previous reports that the handheld is very powerful.
“PSP2 looks like itâ??s a pretty powerful machine,” he said, adding that they’ll be lookin at the 3DS’s power too, once they get one. “We donâ??t have a 3DS system in house yet, but weâ??re looking to get one, and weâ??ll certainly look at what its power is.”
The supposedly confirmed rumor is that Sony’s next handheld is gonna be a phone with Android on it… AWESOME!
