Terminator Salvation…Japan trailer:

Let me know if you have to pick your jaw off the floor like I did…especially the end of the trailer.

Video got taken down already, NOOOOO. Time to scour the web!

Edit: Terminator Salvation Japanese Trailer (2009)

Huzzah!

well shit…I will put that link up in my post.

And this Sam Worthington guy is playing Marcus Wright,a “decommissioned” terminator that befriends John Connor??? Even more interesting.

Dude.

I mean, Dude.

Christian Bale may just turn out to be one of the most celebrated actors of this generation when it is all said and done.

He’s been pretty consistent in his acting and the projects he has taken on have all been good. I also liked him in The Prestige.

Agreed, he is one of the few “badasses” that my generation will accept and even believe.

Concept design art for Moto-Terminators. Supposedly the physics are wrong…but who really fucking cares.
True. They are too cool for me to even notice shit like that. Hell, I watched that trailer 3 times and I didn’t even realize those things were terminators. I thought they were just dudes on bikes.

That’s cool about Sam Worthington and the decommissioned terminator thing. That’s an interesting angle.

Well…Sam Worthington’s character,Marcus Wright, only has memory of being a death row inmate. Its unknown if he’s from the past or future…or if he’s friend or foe.

OK, I got the bat pod BR from Amazon. Now I have to figure out if I ever actually want to take it out of the package.

Damned collectibles.

Of course, I know all of you ‘true geeks’ have the Planet Earth collection, right?

Do I even have to ask this?

I feel like watching it again this weekend.
I hate Sigourney Weaver. If it weren’t for her, I would already own the collection.

Her voice on that series is like fingernails on a fucking chalkboard.

Its on my Christmas wishlist…does that count for anything?
Make sure you get the BBC version and not the Discovery Channel version. The BBC version is about an hour longer, plus the narrator is much better.

There are some crazy shots in it, but my favorite by far is the Great White Shark going after a seal. Fucking brutal.

Thanks. I would have totally overlooked that. BBC version it is.

Yeah, I was unaware there was another version.

There’s the BBC version with David Attenborough as the narrator.

picture I forgot to add to my last post about Sam Worthington/Marcus Wright character.

Tough call. I thought it was a really nice looking set when I saw them this morning. I would be too tempted to open it though. The bat-pod was a lot more detailed than I was expecting. It would look cool on a shelf by itself.

Whenever you hear David Attenborough’s voice, you know you are going to be EDUCATED,motherfucker.

The BBC version is the superior version. There is extra footage, David A, and I believe it is full 1080p whereas the American version was HDVD and NOT full 1080p.

Probably some of the greatest footage recorded in the last 10 years.

I remember getting his Trails of Life series and that was the first time I heard his narration. He and George Page from the PBS Nature series are the best wildlife narrators.

Avery Brooks (Captian Sisko) does a great job as well.

Well…

We’re getting the PS3 tonight.

Merry Christmas!

You’re not alone. He looks a bit small for the role, there are big shoes to fill there…

Has anyone here played Fallout 3? It’s been out since November, but due to finals I’m unable to take a crack at it. Let me know if it as crazy as they say it is.
