Bought Dying Light yesterday.

That shit is intense after dark.

I cant parkour worth a shit right now.

Haha. Yeah. Have to love not being able to see anything and turning on the regular flash light draws all kinds of unwanted attention.

Keep flares, your uv flashlight and firecrackers handy and a way point to the nearest safe house. That’s typically been my strategy.

Nerd alert…

I’ll probably pick this up:

If you watch the video you can see a character creation setup that looks pretty sweet.

The first time I was in the dark I ran around like a fucking idiot!

Lol, I know it’s ridiculous…

I haven’t played one in years though. Plus new characters man!

Oh that was me also, freaking the fuck out.

But that also made me like the game even more to get type of response out of the game play.

It makes you not even to much concerned during the day running around the slow walkers.

They did a good job with the atmosphere that’s for sure.

That first mini boss, took me awhile.

I was running in smacking him with a pipe and running like my hair was on fire.

Looks like I lucked out and Gamefly is sending me a copy of The Order . Should be here next week. Guess we’ll see if it’s a crapper or not then.
Im interested to hear what you have to say. I keep hearing about how its such crap and then also hearing about how its worth it just for the amazing spectacle/jaw dropping graphics.

Im pretty fuckin bored of Dragon Age Inquisition so im tempted to trade it in and grab the order, then trade that in later after i beat it. Ultimately it wont end up costing me much that way.
I’ll write up a review probably next week. It usually takes about 4-5 days before I get the shipment. I’ve been hearing the same things about Order. Probably the most frequent comment I hear is that it’s jaw dropping gorgeous, but plays like a PS2 shooter. Honestly, that would be fine with me as long as it’s fun and the story is good. Too many games have terrible story arcs or no story at all. I don’t get it.

I hear you on Dragon Age Inquisition. I unlocked the Skyhold (or whatever it’s called) and pretty much stopped there. I haven’t found exploring is as fun in it, as say, Skyrim.
I am 3 main story missions away from the end after about 44 hours and honestly ive pretty much given up. I think im just going to trade it in, ive grown totally bored of it.

Exploration feels tedious and its essentially grinding. I swear this game plays just like an MMO.

How it got such universal acclaim is beyond me, especially given what a step down in basically every area it is from Mass Effect. Its an above average game, but far from great.

Well played, sir. Well played.

Tried to play The Order 1886 last night and the fucking disc wouldn’t read… I sent it right back to Gamefly so no review.
