Gear for "Biohacking" Purposes? Anti-Aging and Cognitive Improvement

I’ve read a handful of articles talking about the potential use of low dose steroids for biohacking purposes. I.E. to improve lifespan/longevity, brain health, and organ health. ultimately keeping you younger longer. the ones I have found are random and cant find much research on the idea in general… I imagine its because bio-hacking is still a “newer” concept, especially when niching with steroids. Has anyone heard anything or know anything about life long cycles for “limitless” like brain function or “anti-aging” cycles?

Find yourself a good anti-aging clinic. Fill out their forms take their extensive blood test, schedule a 1-hour consult with an HRT Doctor. Get a second consult with their nutritionist to learn what to eat how to eat and how to cook it. Worth every penny. I am almost 68 now and have bulked my traps shoulders and arms using a bit more T than my doc suggests thanks to these guys in the pharma forum, haha IMO my clinic has turned back my clock by 20 years.

AAS in supra dosages are neurotoxic, cardiotoxic etc.

You’d be looking at trt at a dose that’s able to put you right at or slightly over the tippy top of normal… Coupled with perhaps some peptides and metformin or something.

MY idea of the ageless combo is T + Metformin + ARB + statin. That’s not for performance though, that’s for cardiovascular immunity (not immunity, but serious risk reduction).

Dunno about anything but test & growth for this. Two YouTube guys I’ve seen come off cycle keep looking younger and healthier lol. The AAS seemed to have aged them quickly.

So, TRT at most, throw in some HGH if you can

Tyler, Can you give us some data on you?
Age, weight, exercise regimen, physical fitness hobbies, diet?

Low dose steroids sounds horrible. You need a male hormone blood panel like this one. You also need a full thyroid blood tests panel.
If you don’t live in the US just get the blood test list and ask your local doc or find away to buy the test.

Oh I’m more asking a general question. Just trying to dig more into the idea :bulb:of using cycles to enhance more than just your physique. Like your brain function, reverse aging and even expanding your individual lifespan and “youth”! Especially now that people are getting smarter and doing more actual research into these things!

But I’m 29 187 5’6 15% work out 3-4 times a week just dont to get old lol

Your best bet is to get a full male hormone blood panel and a thyroid panel to make sure you have no deficiencies. In range means nothing other than you are between 18 and 80 with no cancers blowing any numbers off the scale.

You are asking this in Pharma. There are no drugs here at the pharma levels that will extend your life. All they do is give you bigger muscles and there is a internal organ price for that.
