I have a question for those have used GBC (German Body Composition) or any other type of lactic acid training for fat loss
Were the results you received from this program any better than that compared to a traditional low-carb diet? like that compared to the V-diet?
I dont know if I should order his GBC book

Geeze, dude, didn’t you recently post you hadn’t had any muscular gains and were considering quitting “bodybuilding” because of that.
Why are you worried about diets? You don’t have any muscle yet.

I guess I’m supposed to pretent I’ve never read someone’s previous posts? Is every post posted in a vacuum?
If any number of posters had asked the question, I would have had a different answer. But I’ve seen enough of the OP’s posts to know he has no business asking the question.
You are in high school; I wouldn’t try anything more than the basics.
