Do you rinse it off after scrubbing? I remember last time I used it worked good but it it bleached my towels and sheets.

Yeah, I do rinse it off. I had that issue when I was using it on my face years ago but haven’t noticed it this time. White sheets though so that might be helping

Awesome. I think I had a flare up. It went down considerably since yesterday. I’ll buy some to keep on hand.

I might try one with salicylic acid first since I don’t want to risk bleaching my new sheets.

Been a while since updating.

Acne scrub works amazing. Zero acne issues now.

I am currently 4 weeks into an 8 week cycle:

Test 750mg/week
Winstrol 50mg/day
Anavar 50mg/day
Masteron 350mg/week
Clen 40,60,80,100,120,120,0,0
Arimidex as needed

Also added:
Magnesium citrate
Red yeast rice
NAC
Taurine

So far mentally feeling the best I have in a long time. Mood is very stable. Surprisingly no major side effects. Occasional muscle cramps, adding some taurine helps that.

At week 2 I noticed a swollen urethra, sometimes there is pain when peeing or ejaculating. I thought it was the masteron spiking my DHT causing my prostate to swell so I dropped it. No improvement, so I got some antibiotics from the doc to see if it was a UTI or prostate infection. Started those today.

If those don’t help, then it’s probably a prostate enlargement and I will either back off on the testosterone, or just ride it out. For those of you wondering, I did get pre cycle lab work and everything was perfect. I did get mid cycle lab work done last week but still haven’t received the results.

So far keeping my calories in a slight deficit. Was 195 when I started, and am about 192 now, 4 weeks later.

Lord have mercy. Here 1750 mg of gear per week is not justifiable in my opinion. But you’re a grown man, so I won’t bother. Don’t take this as a sign to stop your log, I think many will be interested.

Wasn’t really going to post the log, but I thought some would be interested.

I ran 500mg test only for 1 month before and got zero out of it. Not sure why that was, but decided to add to it.

Definitely appreciate you sharing, and look forward to further updates.

I did drop out the mast. When my 8 weeks is finished I’ll probably drop everything except 250/week testosterone and add the mast back in for a final couple weeks before cruising at 150mg/week test. So that puts me at 1400mg/week, probably still not justifiable to many, but I’m staying away from the harsher compounds in general.

That is a lot of compounds for a first cycle. At your body fat percentage, I would highly recommend dropping everything but the test, and I would decrease that to 500mg or lower. You could keep the var if you really want, but winstrol and masteron are both used to dry out and increase vasculature in the final weeks leading up to a stage competition or photo shoot. Those are doing absolutely nothing for you but drying your joints out (especially the winny) and increasing your overall compound load. Clen shouldn’t be used at all ever unless you’re under 9% BF already and looking to shed a few more percentage points temporarily for again, a show or photo shoot. Even then, I personally don’t think it’s a healthy choice - it’s hard on the heart.

As for the test, you’re really running it too high for a cut. You’re not making use of the mass-gaining potential of 750mg when you eat in a deficit, and unless you had sixty more pounds of lean tissue, there is no good reason you would need that much test to ameliorate muscle atrophy. Even then, a lot of huge pros cut on TRT.

4 weeks isn’t long enough, and you have to eat. Test should be run for 12-20 weeks while you’re eating in a roughly 500 kcal surplus, give or take, and getting a lot of protein. At least 1g/lb body weight. Also, what does your programming look like?

You most definitely will be jacked by end of the cycle. I’m curious to see what you’ll be able to hold on to 3 months after you stop. I’d think of you are at a decent level on TRT you could keep a good bit of it. Anyway, definitely looking forward to seeing how it goes so please keep the updates coming my man.

First off. I knew there would be some negative feedback towards my choice to run what I’m running. And I actually do really appreciate it. I’m here to learn like everyone else. So I do appreciate the time you guys take to write detailed responses.

My reasoning for masteron was to increase libido while on cycle. Yeah, I agree with you about it having a lack of anabolic properties. I ended up dropping it like I said before. In fact, I got no libido benefits from it.

My reasoning for winstrol was strength gains and to get that, yeah, I’m on cycle look. I need the motivation right now, and it’s working.

I think I agree with dropping the test, I think 750 was a little high. If the antibiotics don’t help my UTI, then I’ll drop the test down to 500, perhaps it’s more of prostatitis than UTI.

I disagree with this. Side effects are minimal for me, and bf% is dropping pretty rapidly while eating nearly at maintenance.

I’m on a cut. Just trying to preserve all the muscle I have and maybe add a tiny bit if I can.

Yeah, me too. I’ll be eating more, so hopefully I can hang on to most of it. Will probably look flatter though.

Yes. The app is called “Strong”. I got it 5 years ago and helped beta test it, so I have it for life, which is pretty cool.

I know this is unsolicited advice, but I think you need to add volume. Not sure what your goals are, but your arms are not going to grow with that little direct work and rowing. Likewise for legs. If you’re blasting nearly a gram and a half of gear you should have the recovery to be doing nearly twice this volume 5-6 days per week. Three squatting sets is barely minimum effective volume for maintenance. Same for hamstrings. Looks like 17 overall pressing sets - you could up that to 20-25. Six rowing sets with three chins is pretty light. I don’t see any lateral raises or direct tricep work. Kudos for getting any ab work in at all though.

Overall I’m not surprised you didn’t see any gains in a month on this programming in a calorie deficit at 500mg, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you have very subpar results from 1.5 grams. I would personally reserve this amount of gear for a calorie surplus and better programming.

If I could squat and deadlift I would, but I cannot due to a hip socket deformity.

Volume is lower because I am in a deficit. I’ve spent a lot of time finding out how well I can recover, and this is what has worked the best for me. FYI, This is Mike Matthews program (Bigger Leaner, Stronger) modified with the exercises I can do. But if you have a program recommendation I will look into it. I am almost done with this training phase and am open to suggestions for my next training phase.
