gains with leg injury?

I blew my achillies tendon 5wks ago in football practice and now I am just going to be able to get back to the gym. Problem is I wont be able to run, lift hard for up to 6 months on my leg during rehab… what would be a prudent bulking cycle to make gains with upper body and help with rehab to get back to form I had before the injury, “was using fina before the injury, great results!”
