While i was cleaning up my room i saw a sheet i filled in for college 10 months ago, it basically has some stats on and i was amazed at the growth i have gotten, sure im still classed as small on this site, but i hope newbies and skinny bastards will see this and get inspired and motivated, anyway enough talking time to get to the stats:

Yes i was a skinny bastard extremely skinny but with hard word, busting my balls at the gym for 10 months my stats are as follows:

I am glad you made gains…but one thing that bothers me is the fact that someone at your height (a grown man)would EVER have 9" arms. That’s skeletal. I think it great you finally made some changes, but why are so many guys all of sudden either showing up on this site either skinnier than hell or full on obese?
Wow a 31 inch chest at the beginning? Nice growth but dang. I can barely image my waist being that small. I’m not ragging on you, I’m just simply amazed at the original numbers.

I was 16 years old then and i just turned 17. My bone structure hasnt really changed.
