probably not CT, but CT and PX are 2 completely different people. don’t even put PX in the same sentence as CT, CT is actually legit and knows what he is doing while PX is a joke

secondly,

id be willing to bet that zraw’s physique >>>> iVoodoo’s physique

weighing food isn’t that hard with a digital scale. it takes all of 5 seconds and it allows you to be very precise with your diet. not saying it is necessary (at all), but if you think weighing food is going to “interrupt your lifestyle” to such a degree that you can’t do it, maybe the bodybuilding lifestyle isn’t right for you. you will have to make many more significant sacrifices if you actually want to reach a high level of development [/quote]

There is no way in hell martin has more lbm than px. And why would you say px is a joke? He is a big ass dude who gets results. Imo he is the shiz.

Lol I wouldn’t worry about it man. X haterz are a dime a dozen. He’s a huge mofo and he clearly didn’t get that way by accident. I think he’s good people, but he’s got one of those personalities that tends to rub some (touchy) people the wrong way.

Alright man, you guys do your thing.
I don’t want to eat the same thing every day, so instead I give myself some basic guidelines.
I wake up to a shake, just Metabolic Drive and water, after a while I have some meat and something with good fats in it for breakfast.

Before training I consume something high in carbs, immediately after training I consume something high in carbs and a shake, and then about 30 minutes after I eat something with a lot of meat on it (taco, sandwich, etc.), for both of these meals I really try and put away the food.

For dinner I eat whatever my girlfriend makes me for dinner, and then I down another shake before bed. I also try and have a serving of fruit or vegetables with each meal.

I’m not training to be a bodybuilder, I’m training to play Wide Receiver.
So, I guess you guys are right, I shouldn’t be giving advice to people with different goals than me.
Obviously it has worked perfectly fine for many of you to eat like this, you’ve seen good results with it, and you were able to stick to it, so who am I to question right?

I’ve got more than full-time college courses, I’ve got friends, a job, a girlfriend, weight training, football practice, and I help coach a pop-warner team starting relatively soon. I’ve gotta be able to adjust on the fly, I’m not always at my house, I’m not always around my food, it would be difficult for me to eat the same thing every day.
I’m flexible with my food because it’s more convenient for my lifestyle.
I’m also flexible with my food because eating like this has worked for me.

You guys can do whatever you want with your food, I see results, and so do you, so lets just stop arguing.

My son, peace be upon you. Let us pick shit up and put it down as friends.

But on a more serious note- I’m glad that eating plan is well-suited to your lifestyle. That’s what we all hope to develop. I don’t see a whole lot wrong with it anyway, but you’ve got to realize that you’re a football player, and a wide receiver at that. You’re playing at the college level, so I’m guessing that a) you had a good bit of athletic potential from the start and b) you have put in and continue to put in a good amount of work to develop that potential. These factors give you a license to be more flexible with diet.

It’s a little trickier for others who have worse genetics, less development (kid’s a newbie), and who aren’t putting in football workouts regularly. Not being an ass, just something to consider. OP needs to take baby steps to get on the right track before he can feel it out like you do.

Who is Martin Berkhan and why are we supposed to be fighting?

If this is like Superman vs Flash, let me just state I think the cape will cover up my lats.

Solution: everything you wear should be a size too small.
