Routine: If you favor lower volume: MAX-OT, higher volume: Big Beyond Belief, very high volume; German Volume Training - but any program where you progress from workout to workout will do really…
Diet: its very individual but you make no mention of you having to stay very lean during this adding phase (and I applaud you for that) and therefore make sure you get a good amount of carbs in whatever diet you chose… Lean Grains is good but it can be daunting for some to eat one days worth of calories in an 8 hour window.
Supplements: as mentioned above… protein powder and creatine… protein shakes are a godsend if you struggle to meet your protein and calorie target
i think i am gonna try out the german volume training program, ive read about it and planned on doing it but for whatever reason never ended up doing it. what is plazma, anaconda, and meadows?

Top left of your screen, T NATION, click it, read up.
But as mentionned, Creatine and Protein is fine. I would add Flameout, but that is me.
