Who know what he’s eating if he can’t accurately spell out his day of eating. Judging by his weight gain he’s now splitting the first ingredients.

You want real physique advice a picture truly helps. Even if bad or not proud as long as you aren’t claiming something you’re not, most are kind to others here. Your call though.
