Looking a bit tighter and better on the lats Joe…keep it up and eat eat eat! How are your stats as far as body composition coming along?
Shoulders look decent in the back shot.
Age 23
Height 182cm, almost 6ft.
Start of cycle measurements were:
Arms 14.75"
Forearms 11.75"
Thighs 23"
Calf 14.5"
Chest 43"
Shoulders 50"
Weight 85kg/192lbs
Measurements after 4 weeks are:
Arms 15.75"
Forearms 12.5"
Thigh 24.5"
Calf 15"
Chest 45.5"
Shoulders 50.5"
Weight 93kg/210lbs
I have gained 8kg/18lbs in just over 4 weeks. I’ve never measured my bodyfat but i dont feel it has gone up too much. One inch on the arms is a start but i’m definately hoping for another 2!

Drop the Adex only use it if you feel some gyno setting in. Save it and the HCG for your pct. Adex kills Igf-1 which is needed for new muscle cells to form.

No and NO HCG for PCT? no thank you, i’d like to recover this lifetime and a’dex only if needed i think is becoming old school midset as yes it may hinder gains the slightest bit but controlling the E related sides is widely thought as more important
Haven’t touched the hcg yet, might throw it in for the last 4 weeks of the cycle, before the stasis.
My bench went up well today, from 100kg x 1, to 100kg x 4 this week.
I’m still doing the 4 day split, was thinking of changing it up in a couple of weeks to maybe this:
1-legs/chest
2-Back/shoulders
3-Arms
4-off.(light cardio)
Any thoughts?
I had shoulder pain, i dropped the front raises and upright rows and its nearly better now.
Had lower back pain when squatting heavy so i raised the reps, i got complemented about my squats from a big guy in the gym last week.
I’m gonna change to the above program, one question.
Should i deadlift every back day or every second one?
Any reason for the change?
Deadlift every week, but I wouldn’t do it right after my leg day unless I was doing rack deads (which I actually do right now).

I feel like i need to change it up a bit, i think hitting my main muscles more with heavy compounds would be a good idea, maybe! Plus i want to hit my arms more than once a week!
Maybe i could switch day 1 and day 2, or put arms in the middle?!
Well i read it in arnies book, but i can offically say legs and chest on the same day is a bad idea!!!
And now if i think about it legs and chest are two bodyparts i want to improve on greatly!!
I’m going home for the weekend so when i’m back i’ll go back to the old program, just stitch the exercised and stuff around.
Dont really have much updates otherwise, stopped weighing myself because i was up and down every day and it was really annoying me!!
Anyway i’ll throw up the new program after the weekend and any updates i have.
Also i think it’d be better if ye asked questions on the forum instead of PM, just incase people look up the thread for future reference.

Bench press 110kg
Weight not moving much, probably because of cardio.
Feel bigger and stronger, back to 4 day program, changed it up a bit and feels good.
Was home for the weekend, everybody noticed i got a lot bigger.
Will try get pics up soon, look bigger in the mirror anyway.

I am moving to another country for the summer so i dont wanna risk bring juice on the plane. I could post it i suppose.
But i must either shorten my cycle or have a shorter taper and finish it off with nolva, which i have a shitload of.
As it stands week 12 ends on April 16
Stasis 4 weeks ends on May 14
That leaves 2 weeks for taper.
If i end cycle after 10weeks i can have a 4 week taper, is that enough? Maybe 80, 60, 40, 20. I could follow it with 2 weeks of 20mg Nolva/day.
Please Advise…
