Someone previously mentioned that db declines hit the chest the hardest. Here’s the EMG analysis for those who want to rethink their chest=bench program.
Decline dbs- 93,
Decline bench- 89,
Flat Dumbell- 87,
Flat bench- 85,
Flat db flyes- 84.,
Yup, bench is the 4th best exercise for hitting the chest. Not getting tht nice set of full, thick pecs you want? maybe its time to change your emphasis.
