Monday I will be starting your Get Jacked Fast program then after the 12 weeks I will start a mass building routine. In your Get Jacked Fast program you outline what to eat and what supplements to take. The problem I’m having is what would I eat on a mass routine without putting on fat. I know the ANACONDA Protocol is a must, but how much protein should I consume per meal throughout the day. I know the Pro’s eat between 10 to 12 oz. of protein per meal, would I do the same? And in your opinion, what would be the best supplements to take on a mass routine besides ANACONDA?
