Furious Log - 3rd Cycle

[quote]FuriousGeorge wrote:
thanks tone. it was definitely tough to be on cycle and not hitting the gym hard so hopefully it was worth it.

the injury repair/recovery phase is now done (or it will be once I have the rest of my gear)…I was sort of on the fence about starting a cycle when i wasn’t 100% but given that I am all healed up and have actually made some gains I would say that it worked out ok. we’ll see what sort of results the next few weeks produce before I can really judge it a success or failure.

as soon as I rec my tren it is down to business on the cutting phase. i should have 5 full weeks and then it’s on to the taper.

the cycle will then look like this for week 6-10

TestProp 75mg/d
TrenAce 40mg/d
MastProp 35mg/d
Primo 75mg/d (dropped in week 9 and switched for 100mg/w TestE)

I may tweak the diet a bit based on some recommendations from corkonian…not too drastically different from what I am doing now, mostly just a nuitrient timing thing (change when I am eating stuff so the body makes better use of it). I will post the changes if I do.

Wow FG, that looks like one sweet 4 week ride there.

Should be awesome for a cutter. Good going buddy. Keep us tuned in.

i would totally agree with testanabol. i might even guess lower based on the visual

this is a step on scale i would guess?

Not sure what my actual BF is because I don’t have calipers or a DEXA scan handy. the scale I got was supposed to be close to a DEXA but the thing is way too influenced by water so it is giving screwed results (especially on cycle)…if you have a coffee or a few alcoholic drinks the thing totally swings the reading.

it is a step on scale which doesn’t even give me a proper weight reading (seems to be worse for me than my wife which is about half my weight)…it regularly puts me at about 10lbs under what I am actually at (I am measuring my weight at the gym to get an accurate weight).

I am just gonna have to go on body measurements with the tape measure and everyone’s opinion on the visuals to guess BF change from begining to end.

i also have the old unfaithful step on scale.

it puts me at 15-19 the step on “these days”
the hand helds put me from 9 to 11

but even the old unfaithful will tell the tale meaning, when i am drying out the number drops! so if your consistently putting on weight and the % is staying near the same …i say its all good

bottom line is its just another evaluation tool right?

ya, I still use it but in no way is it my only means of tracking progress.

I finally started the tren and masteron, tonight was the first shot that included them.

Not much to report otherwise. getting a little leaner, a little stronger, and feeling good overall. have had some pretty good workouts lately. in terms of sides I have a lot of little tiny zits (really little bumps) on my shoulders and back but they aren’t too bad (might just be from waxing), otherwise no sides whatsoever except an increased sex drive.

Bloating since cutting carbs again is totally gone. I have been running the Adex at .15mg/d and that seems to be a good dose. more than that and I get pain in my shins and joints when running. less and the nips get sensitive.

I have made some changes to the diet so that it now looks something like this:

Breakfast - steak (5-6oz) and 2-3 eggs with cheese, Flameout, mulitvit/mineral.

Snack - Metabolic Drive with flax or evening primrose oil and some almonds

Lunch - chicken/steak/fish (about 5-6oz) on salad (spinach, mixed greens, peppers, cucumber), salad dressing is usually oil and balsamic type dressing.

Preworkout (30mins pre) - 20gms BCAA

Peri-Workout - 2 scoops Syntha6 (44gms protein) with 10gms BCAA powder added or 1 serving Surge. 5gm Creatine/10gms glutamine added to either one.

Post Workout (45-60mins after) - Metabolic Drive with frozen berries and whatever else I feel like throwing in (I picked up Gourmet Nutrition and have been using some of his post workout recipies which are pretty good…whey, cottage cheese, yogourt, milk, coconut milk, etc…very tasty)

Dinner - fish, steak, or chicken with broccoli…I have been doing some with spinach salad or stir fried veggies (peppers, onion, mushroom, zuccini). i have been trying to just stick to broccoli though.

Bed - 1 cup of cottage cheese or 100% casein protein shake. Flameout and evening primrose oil. sometimes some natural PB.

I have been cheating a bit (about 1 cheat every other day). Usually my cheat will be a sandwich at lunch (quiznos or subway) or sometimes a chicken burito (god i love those things). I have had the occasional alcoholic drink during the week (usually a glass of red with dinner) but have been pretty good about staying dry until the weekend and then just drinking vodka/soda.

This weekend is my first rugby game in about a month so I am pretty jacked up for it. I feel a lot stronger and faster than pre-cycle so it should be a good test to see where I am really at (especially in terms of stamina). I have heard some horror stories about tren that made me question taking it during the season but I figure what doesn’t kill me should make me a lot leaner.

Stats update

June 19th (July 16th) July 25th

Weight - 232lbs (240lbs) 240lbs
Neck - 17" (17") 17"
Arm - 16.25" (16.5") 16.5"
Shoulders - 53.5" (55.5") 55"
Chest - 43" (44") 43"
Torso - 37" (36.5") 35.5"
Waist - 37" (36.5") 36"
Hips - 43" (43.5") 43"
Upper thigh - 26.5" (27") 26.5"
Lower thigh - 21" (21.5") 21.5"
Calf - 16" (16.25") 16"

some numbers going down but weight has stayed the same which is a good thing.

well i played my first rugby game since starting the cycle and whoally fuck is all I have to say…

i didn’t realize how much stronger I had gotten until I was out there actually playing. In the first 10 mins of the game I caught a kick and went 60 yards at top speed through about 6 guys for a try. most of them I either ran over with a straight arm or sidestepped. when i got down to the 10 yard line I literally carried 2 of them into the end zone and jumped over a 3rd (with the 2 others on my back) to score. My teammates where nowhere near me when I scored…most of them were just sitting and watching in awe. We had a rain delay that took up most of the first half…after that I had about 3 more chances to score in the second half but didn’t get the ball although I did have a few good runs. overall a very good game. I’m really looking forward to the rest of this cycle.

I think I have started to arouse some suspicions on the team…a few guys have commented on the increase in my speed and each time I have taken off my shirt someone will make a comment about how jacked I have gotten.

overall I feel fantastic. no issues at all with the tren except that I feel very strong. I have always had a good top speed due to my hieght but my speed off the line has never been great. now I feel explosive off the line and I am actually looking forward to contact.

I ended up partying pretty hard on saturday and must have really dehydrated myself because when I came home and showered I barely recognized myself in the mirror…I’ll have to do something similar prior to the final pics.

weight is now 243lbs

Hey great ride going on eh George?

Holy hell you sound like a freakin terror on the field now, lmao!

Looks great man, really happy for you that it turned around like it has now. Diet looks great, but wouldn’t you be better served swapping out your peri-wkout drink with your pre-wkout one? I would rather have less blood going to your digestive tract during the wkout by using just the bcaa then, and get your protein/creatine etc, in 30 min before you start. Makes better sense to me buddy, but if it works…

Nice job with controlling your adex intake too.

Way to go FG!

Hopefully this is just the start of things to come…I am looking forward to the next few weeks to see just how much progress I can make.

I would say right now I am around 10-12%bf…If I can get down to about 8% at 245lbs I would be very happy with the cycle.

so far no issues with the tren at all. i was expecting the worst (insomnia, sweating, irritability) but really the only thing I feel from it so far is stronger.

also the issues I had with back pumps seem to be gone (or at least much better) since I started the tren. we’ll see how things go at practice because that’s usually the time it bothers me (slow steady running).

Wow, no shit?

That’s pretty nice going with the tren, seems like there’s always some aspect of side issue for everyone, somewhere down the line with it.

Keep it up man, kicking butt.

Nice FG. See very soon you might notice the decrease in your aerobic capacity. Mine seemed fine week1 of tren but by week3 it was stark and obvious by week 5 I was almost useless for some heavy oxygen needed stuff. But yeah the strength hits fast and quick on tren. Keep on keeping on

i was a bit winded during my rugby game but to be honest I felt like I was running one gear higher every time I was in the play so it could have just been the increased amount of work I was doing. the 60 yard run would have winded me even on my best of days.

i have also been smoking kind of a lot of weed the last week (I think 6 of the last 7 nights). If I feel my aerobic capacity suffer too much I will cut it out first before the tren.

no issues with back pumps during practice. soccer tonight will actually be a better test though.

the weight feels a lot more comfortable than last time I was up around 245lbs. it may just be that I am a lot leaner this time around and retaining less water due to the low carb diet.

Stats update

Lower thigh - 21" (21.5") 21.5" (22")
Calf - 16" (16.25") 16" (16")

well no mind blowing changes from this update but I have lost a bit of fat from looking in the mirror. my measurements on the chest and waist are a little lower which I think is due to being leaner. My hips have gone back up but I think it’s due to muscle added to my glutes. Legs are a little bigger.

The real change has been my strength. Did legs at the gym last night. squats is something I always struggle with due to my height. usually I will just rep out with a plate a side or hit a set of 6-10 with 2 plates a side. last night I just kept adding half plates until I hit 4 plates a side (it was sort of like that scene from unbreakable). I sort of gassed myself at 3.5 plates so the 4 plates wasn’t a full deep rep but I did get at least 4 decent partial reps.

No issues with the tren so far at all. sleep is fine and although I am sweating a little more than usual it is manageable.

I am starting to cramp a bit and I feel a little too tight so i may decrease the masteron a to something like 30mg/d (currently running 40mg/d).

Hair is starting to take a bit of a beating. I can see a bit of thinning out but it isn’t anything to panic about yet.

Obviously I train for it but the strength is what I notice first and foremost about a tren cycle too. Secondarily I notice the asethetic transformation. I do believe without trying for it too much tren aids in fat loss; perhaps even if your diet is not intended to be such.

So some more updates…

I am dropping fat still. Noticing small changes day to day. i would say right now I am just about at my ideal body comp. I would love to lose that last little bit but I am very close…I would say I am at about 8-10% and weighed in yesterday at 238lbs.

I am now done the primo and will be adding in the test e in prep for my taper.

feeling less cramped up since dropping the mast dose to 30mg/d but still very tight.

i am really strong right now but my stamina is crap. I assume this is the tren. I did a high volume fluff workout just for fun on sat morning to get a pump going and was getting exhausted curling 25lbs dumbells…

I can curl 60lbs dumbells for about eight to ten good reps but even with 25lbs I can’t get over 20 reps without feeling like the muscle if burning with fatigue and my arm is gonna fall off.

I have started having gyno issues again but this time it is not itchy nips/puffy chest but a pain in my left nipple which is just sore like someone gave me a purple nurple.

No puffiness just pain. it is painful in the gland (I already have lumps there from a previously existing case of gyno and now it is sore so I assume it is growing).

First i bumped the adex a bit (0.2mg/d to 0.25mg/d) which didn’t help, then added 200mg/d B6 which hasn’t helped, and then I switched the adex to letro (1.25mg/d)…so far no relief from the symptoms.

I stopped the tren yesterday to see if it subsides. also took some nolva just to see what reaction I would have. I am always curious to play around with things on cycle to see what happens which may or may not be a good idea but I find it to be the best way to learn.

If anyone has some advice I am all ears! I’d really rather get this under control and keep running the tren cause the results have been great so far.

If the advice is to remove my glands I am way ahead of you…I think I am going to finally get it done this winter because I am sick of this.

We’ll see…this may just mean that 2 weeks of tren at a time is my limit or I need to run it with bromo/caber in the future.

FG

this thing has lots of view so I assume people are actually reading it…so is everyone just scared to post?

Man thats alot of shots. You mustve stocked up on pins- or are reusing them-ouch.

I would def say run with caber in the future. as for now i think its smart to drop the tren. Its ace right? so it should scoot out of your system quick and those sides should subside. if it were me i would probably keep hitting it with letro and nolva
