Here’s a new one from today.
I wanted to get a video of the guy running that you see near the end, but note the 2 guys doing assisted chin ups…one guy is helping the other guy…on assisted chins!!
I’d seen them earlier doing Hammer bench and the spotter would haul on the bars to help his buddy so badly that even he was grunting. Their sets terminated when the spotter got too tired!
That gym looks huge!

WTF!!! How big is the gym?
I think it was built into an old department store. It has 5 floors. The thing is there’s only an escalator between floors and people stand still on it.
I like that in the preview pic of the video of the guy on the treadmill it looks like he’s headless!
The 90 pound leg press while watching a movie just makes me angry.
That gym is huge for sure though.

When I went to the Y with my dad the other day, they had two vending machines, one for drinks, one for snacks.
The drink machine had 7 rows of drinks, only two had somewhat healthy stuff: water, gatorade, tea, juice, sobe. The other 5 rows were all soda. The snack machine had one “healthy” thing: a snickers brand protein bar? I’ve been seeing these in the stores, they are made by the ppl who make Snickers, but they are supposedly protein bars?

The finny thing is in England Snickers used to be called Marathon bars…but they were just the same as Snickers.
