I thought it the first time I watched it. I’m not sure why. I think he’s like 150lbs which would explain why he looks a lot bigger. In which case maybe his lack of ROM could be to do with joint issues? I don’t know if some midgets or small people, whatever is politically correct, get joint issues due to their height.

  1. Was he working out in a prison cell, closet, garage, a nasty bedroom?

  2. I cringed everytime his elbows snapped into extension whenever he was using those whack ass dumbbells.

  3. I didn’t understand the bar humping in the corner till I backed it up and caught the graphic which said T-Bar rows, not sure what was accomplished by standing almost completely upright but wasn’t sure on the almost completely upright one arm rows either.

  4. When his friend handed him those whack assed dumbbells there was a min when the friend looks at the camera and knda makes a face like wheeww as if he is actually impressed. That was almost as much of a classic as when the guy glances at the camera after the T-Bars and gives that “Impressed aren’t you” look.

  5. I see this guy all the time he comes in many different ethnicities, skin tones hair colors even a few bald versions, age ranges, hieght and weight combinations etc. Moves alot of wieght I said moves not lifts properly with good form, he looks like any other guy I have seen at the basketball court in the summer who may or may not even lift, he has at least one friend who feeds his ego and at least acts genuinely impressed possibly because that is the only friend he has or they feel ostracised and hang together. He is occasionally more than inappropriately vocal when training loud grunts yells c’mon etc. and ultimately looks the same yr in yr out at best. May occasionally get fat in a effort to bulk may get skinny in an effort to cut may disapear for a while do to injury gym membership ran out cause Mc Donalds doen’t pay that much and their is a new X-Box or someother type game came out right around the same time membership was expired. But eventually he’s back. At some place somewhere either doing to much or to little getting in the way and abusing his body and your senses but none the less hes there. I know what youre gonna say seems like this guy may have been training at home yes I know plenty of pissed off Moms around know as well but as I said McDOnalds doesnt pay much and if you are poor at money management then it takes a while which is good though because then you can really build up the amount of wieght you can’t lift properly so when you finally go to the gym you can really show off/annoy people etc.

I really doubt it.
To me he is delusionnal, fat and really weak. It took him 3 year to get there!!!
He looks like he is 5’5 not more. This is not a default by itself but it makes people look bigger. Also I think he takes himself very seriously. I mean you gotta really love yourself to make that kind of video and look at the camera that way.

Not always true, though it seems most guys here think it’s easier for a short dude to pack on mass.
One must consider that perhaps the guy was super skinny (as I was) before he started lifting.
You can hate on a dude for what seems to be little progress, but you have no idea what he started from, or how far he’s come.
