If one were too do full body functional strength workouts 3x a week would this be a good set up:
Monday - 1/6 method 85-100%
Wednsday- 5x3,3x1 90-100%
Friday- 1x6 (clustered singles) 95-100%

that seems to be pretty high intensity in terms of your 1-rep max all of the time. any reason you want to train like this, or is it a hypothetical scenario?
I’d suggest including one session in which the intensity is a bit lower.
Once a week: 90-100%
Once a week 75-80%
Once a week 80-90%
Actually I was thinking of alternating this with a week of speed/structural training in a pendulum fashion and I thought doing so might allow me to work at such an intensity.
