The “word” shows the decline of the level of public education and the increasing amount of retardation we allow in society. Yeah, it’s pretty decent. It’s actually moving back inside starting in a couple days. It will be closed on the days I’m supposed to be training next, so it looks like I have an unplanned deload coming up! YAYYYY (BOO)

Read up on the benefits of circumin from the notes on the site. I use it kinda as insurance and to reduce my inflammatory response from lifting the way I do. My knees are shitty and the circumin along with Aleve definitely aid me in training at a higher intensity more often. The blood pressure stuff is intriguing as well. Those two reasons are pretty much why I do the Flameout and FA3, as well. My supplementation is geared toward recovery. Adding the extra 40g of protein a day has helped a lot with soreness. I know supplements aren’t going to be a magic formula. I just supplement where needed to help my body perform optimally, more often.

I can feel a mild push from the Alpha Male as of the other day. My arousal levels are higher and the occurrence of morning wood seems to be more prolonged. I’ll see if there’s any benefit to my training in the next week or so. These aren’t drastic increases, since arousal or morning wood wasn’t really the reason for wanting to optimize my T, but I do notice an increase.

They put up a new pull-up/TRX station=FREEDOM pull-ups/x10

Back to the tire for some fun= Flipping shit DEMOCRATICALLY!/x5

Took my EFS bands out for shits and gigs=Push-ups for Grandma!/x10

Did four rounds of this non-sensical American Bad-Assery in what seemed like seventeen hours…lol

I have a fortnight ahead of me left in this crap-hole. Then it’s back to the good ol’ land of cheese burgers and Chevrolet’s!!

NOTES:

I think the Alpha Male is starting to work.

I need to drop a few lbs, I’m feeling chunky! Lowering my conditioning has led to me adding about 4 lbs in the past two weeks… I need to get a better source of food. I hate not being able to control what I’m served!

Ran out of FA3 and Flameout. Will be taking generic fish oils til I get home… BOO!!!

Quick little tip I got from Mandler of Elite SC in Tampa (from youtube):

For callouses on your hands, use a PedEgg once or twice a week to take them down and keep them from ripping. I do this all the time and it never affects my grip or my hand ‘toughness’.
