One of my best friends moved to France to play women’s basketball last Friday, I got to talk to her on Skype today for the first time since she left. Very excited about that. Another one of my friends who was down in San ANTONE for school is coming back tomorrow. We’re gonna make funfetti cupcakes. (I would say no-homo, but she’s a lesbian haha). Overall, should be a good week. Off Sat and Sun and I find out on Thur when I’ll be promoting. It’ll be good to know, finally!

Had an amazing weekend. I decided to put everything on hold for two days and head back to Ft. Worth with a really good friend of mine and just let loose for the weekend. It was great; pool, volleyball, strip clubs, lesbians, steaks, and beer pong.

Came back to work yesterday. Did 8 hours of Active Shooter Response training in an old three story school with simunition rounds and a lot of Texas heat. It was good. I love that shit!

We got smoked a few times yesterday from the younger guys having a lack of discipline. They shot a few innocents during the scenarios so we got taken outside and fucked up with pushups, low crawling, over head arm claps, rush/rolls (I’m up, they see me, I’M DOWN! LOL) and flutter kicks. I’ll count that as one conditioning session for the week.

Today felt amazing, again! I met a (FUCKING SEXY) massage therapist over the weekend. She fixed my upper back up something fierce! We exchanged numbers, so I will DEF be seeing her again. :wink:

Deathlift tomorrow then a day of ressssssssst! I’m getting the itch to compete and I’m ready for the Highland events next month. I’m gonna add some events to the end of my training days as soon as I find out exactly what we’re doing. I’m pretty freakin pumped.

Squats felt super easy. I had to unload 465 twice; I don’t need to be over reaching right now. Shooting for 540ish in COCKtober.

Prowler felt like DEATH. I think that means I’m doing it right. Training is going well right now, I am please. This Texas heat is dehydrating me while I sleep, I need to hydrate more. I’m already pissing every 20 min! Been taking probiotics and digestive enzymes this week, pooping is going well and I’m less bloated. Also added about 3000mg of vitamin C twice a day. Feeling good and ready to hit my 1RM week! Enjoy my screamy video of the week!

I have no idea what my TRUE RM or max is at the moment. I know I’m way stronger than I was going into my last meet and the 505 squat was pretty easy then. These top sets have been feeling really solid and my back feels a lot stronger from the GM’s.

I am just going to stick to the program for now and not try to reach too much. The strength is there and I’m progressing as intended. I’m not gonna fuck with it (for now). Getting more REAL food; meats, veggies, etc. has helped a whole lot. My recovery is actually pretty damn good right now and I’m feeling a lot more energy throughout the day.

Also, I’m always in the strong zone! haha

Haha - I only am after a massive coffee!

On the whole foods thing, I agree entirely. After I had to quit protein supplements due to an allergy, my increased meat intake (generally a kg per day) has made me feel a heap stronger and healthier, with less bloating and such. Meat is the best.

I think a lot of my bloating comes from not enough vegetables, honestly. I always make sure to get my meats in.


TRAINING

Walked two miles at a fairly brisk pace with the old pup mcgup! Calves, hams, glutes, and groin are fairly sore from yesterday. As was my old busted PCL-less right knee. Had a big country breakfast at Cracker Barrel and I work today with the next three off. I’m in a BLAST phase right now, as David Tate would say. Things are rolling well and I’m trying to ride the wave and keep the highs manageable. Cowboys play tonight!!!

I’m starting a fantasy football league for work. Good shits happening.

Slept 16 hours today. It was amazing.
