Weights felt good today, chins did not. After a (re)load, I usually suck at something the first week. Ehhhhh, no worries. I’m starting to get more amped up for the meet and I’m ready to kick some ass.

I need to keep my conditioning up so I don’t shit the bed on DL again. Eating needs to stay top-notch and I need to drink more water and less whiskey. Sounds easy enough!

I’m feeling stronger and I’m just excited about training right now. Lots of good things going on and I find out on the 5th when I will be promoting! EXCITING ($$$)!!!

Off to go earn my $4.76 a day!! haha!

You need to quit pooping so much in between sets or else you’ll have to compete as a 145. Srsly though, I hate how something always sucks after a down week. It comes back but it’s just one of those irritating little things that makes you go WTF?

Worked super fucking late last night. Got a call about a possible break right before shift change. Worked two and half extra hours. YAYYYY!!! Got woken up early by my loud ass roommmate. Still got up to train. I was about an hour behind my normal schedule so I worked fast.

The combination of no sleep, working fast than usual, and being dehydrated from the hot ass day yesterday made everything feel stupid heavy. I got all my work in and the dead stop reps felt pretty good. I need to continue these. I’ll be doing singles during my 3RM week only this cycle and then switching to the 3/5/1 PL template after that with two rounds of singles.

Got all my foods made for today and I’m already up to about 140g of protein for the day. Need to stay super hydrated and I’ll be doing some conditioning tomorrow.

(poop! I think all the chinese food is gone now!!)

Felt fucking awesome today!! Bench is feeling better and the technique changes I’ve made are coming in handy. I’ve brought my hands in a couple inches outside of the beginning of the knurling, I’m trying to break the bar in half (turning my palms toward eachother), pulling the bar out of the rack, and not shimmying under the bar once I have it out. I’m also squeezing the bench a lot more with my ass/legs. Feelsgoodbro.jpeg!

Everything else was awesome as well. A pretty girl was in there doing some single leg KB stuff and pull ups! May have motivated me a little! haha

Diet and sleep have been spot on all week. I’m pretty excited about the Highland Games coming up and the COCKtober meet. Positive thinking all the way!!!
