Full Body Workout Week

Hey CT,

Just wondering how you would personally structure a full body training workout week. I really like high frequency training and I get a lot out of training with full body workouts.

I had a look at another post by mutsanah which sounded fairly good but you did say that was more short term.

It’s not specifically for the short term. But the linear progression it uses will not work for long for someone who is not coming back from a layoff. But it can still be used, but you have to start conservative with the loads (using a weight you can lift for 8-10 reps to start the sets of 5) so that you can have a cycle last at least 6 weeks before not being able to progress lineariy.

When you come back from a layoff in which you lost a significant amount of strength and size, linear progression can be used for much longer.
