Coach, I wanna start a simple fullbody template 3 days a week. Is it okay to do the same exercises every workout, or is it more effective to rotate between exercices. Also, do you think ramping to a top end set for, a Vertical Push and Pull, Horizontal Push and Pull, and a squat and posterior chain exercise, enough, or this kind of program would require more volume of heavy sets?
