Hi all.
Has anyone experienced the full body power clean variation from Beyond?
I’m giving it a go for 6 weeks but was wondering if anyone else made reasonable progress in strength and/or hypertrophy using this protocol?
My gym time is limited so I’ll be doing little to no assistance work but sprints 2-3 times a week.

I did the second variation last spring, I put deads on Wednesday. I made good progress and liked it cause it was my first time squatting three times a week again since I was a beginner lifter. I’m actually planning on starting it again since I’ll have LE skills in January 3x a week and can’t think of better lifts to help me with use of force classes, squat, clean, DL, press, bench don’t know what else you could want from a program !

Did you do 531 deadlifts sets on the Wednesday or 3 ramping sets to replace the power clean?
Also, as time is an issue for me, what would you, or anyone else for that matter, recommend for assistance, if anything? I was thinking of adding a AMRAP FSL set after each if the 531 sets and calling it a day.
I did the 5/3/1 method for deadlifts too, then sometimes went to my first set and did 1-3 sets of 5 of “high pulls” as long as it went a couple inches past my navel i just counted it as a high pull.
I didnt know about the Wendler 6 when i did it but id recommend that, after all its from Wendler himself
I did dips and chins/rows 2x a weeks usually 3x5-8 but this time around ill definitely do more good mornings and back ext along with it
