Full Body + Gap, Skipped 4th Week

Hey guys, I’ve been running full body plus gap. I really like the pace and variety. Well, I banged out my first 3 weeks. Had some things happen and the schedule got warped, where I ended up doing the last day of the 3rd week on a Monday. Then my girlfriend had to go the the ER, and basically the whole week has been nixed.

Considering that the 4th week is an accessories week, but also a kind of deload; also considering that I’ve missed basically a full week in recovery…

Should I pick back up Monday with 4th week accessories, or jump into the 5th week core lifts?

It depends on your goal.

If you are more interested in “bodybuilding”, do the gap week. If you just want to be bigger and stronger, go right ahead with a strength week
