Full Body 4 Days Forever

Hi, just finished doing the Widowmaker Circuits program and made good progress with strength gains. My conditioning has also benefitted from the circuits.

I train during my lunch break from work, so I have roughly 35 minutes. The Limited Time template also worked well for me, but now I’d like to train the main lifts more than once a week. Just for a change of pace really.

Like the look of the full body 4 days template in Forever. It says to be conservative with the assistance. I’ll probably be supersetting an assistance exercise with the main lifts.

How’s this look? Can anyone see any problems or offer advice?

Squat/ Bench day: push ups, Kroc rows, hanging leg raise

Deadlift/ Press day: front plate raises, bicep plate curls, dB also

Front plate raises supersetted with deadlift and before press a good idea?
