is this a good idea or would i end up over training ?
It will take time to build up your stamina.
Mon: Lunchtime squats : Evening OLift
Tue: Lunchtime upperbody
Wed: Lunchtime squats : Evening OLift
Thur: Lunchtime upperbody : Evening Olift
Fri : Lunchtime squats
Sat : Lunchtime OLifts
The first month will be horrible. I use to do a more traditional 3x oly session with some strength exercises in them. Now I am able to split things up.
