Overall I love you man and basically you’re making progress on everything in spite of the fact your diet is entirely soy based.
When i say my nutrition is off, it’s because I didn’t eat much at all. I was studying for our Chemistry Exam just didn’t eat. I made a 72. I guess it was worth it. And I don’t really have a pre or post workout meal. I’ll eat dinner at 5ish and workout at 8ish. Most of the time after I workout I’ll eat cottage cheese, but that’s about it. 1 cup = 26 grams of protein.
Well, I thought I would be able to go up today. I wasn’t as explosive as I normally am, and I didn’t feel very strong.
Well I was real sore Monday. Over the weekend I hiked about 8 miles then played Ultimate Frisbee Saturday night. Constant sprinting for an hour and a half. I was simply tired as shit, but I didn’t want to not workout at all.
The gym closed before I could manage to get there on Friday, so I worked out on Saturday. That usually doesn’t happen. That also may be why I wasn’t very strong.
I tested my bf today. 20.1%

I didn’t do jumps or power clean today because I hurt my Achilles, and it won’t seem to get better. I have stretched. No ice. I will never ice, no matter how much I need it. Just too lazy.

My first set of bench was sub-par, so I got four on the next set. First set of dips I forgot I was only supposed to do 6. Good day, I felt really strong.
It’s 31 cent scoop night at Baskin Robbins. Time to ruin all the progress I have made so far.
