Luis found THE official Mexican IPF records and he is 50kg below the 83kg record and he now has his very own Nemesis LOL. He has 12.5 months until next Nationals and 9 months until Regionals.

I found another really strong Mexican. 22yo, bounces around 95-100kg bw 290-150-310 in wraps (thank goodness his bench sucks LOL he gonna be a beast)…so whatever reign I might have as Mexico’s strongest even if I can catch Pikis will probably be short lived hahaha I kind of dont care anymore anyways, my focus is on a 500 Wilks.

It looks like they all compete in WPC which as far as I can tell is untested so WAHOOOOO but no idea when the next meet will be.

And the coolest part of my week has been Sofi spending most of her days in her PJs arts and crafting jewelry. Seriously she is the cutest thing and if I could spend the rest of my days like this I would be beyond fulfilled. It is going to suck when the doctors clear her to work.

My back pump was nice enough to let me finish the work before leaving me immobilized. Sooo last day of Dbol was probably today. I want to fight through but I know this is only going to get worse.

Butt Nerve and Hips were feeling good though and the weights finally didnt feel like a bus so my body is re-adapting to moving weight.

Kids these days…

Quest to find a gym with a decent Squat rack AND Bench continue ugh, so fkn jealous of people with a decent gym. You know one with a flat floor and competent racks (not competition, just competent).

Didnt want to push bench because unracking was tearing my shoulders up. It is one of those benches where the the rack is way far back…almost as bad as Juarez in PDC.

DROGAs: Dropping Dbol for winstrol at 50mg twice a day for the next 3 weeks. I really wanted to see the Dbol through for the 4 weeks but you cant train if back pumps wont let you so no point. Winstrol fits my Wilks goal now better anyways. Really wish I had some Anavar.

AM Weight 100.9kg neked…Going to keep it clean(ish) and then when I add in the Mast I will probably look to be a bit more controlled on the a cut hopefully down to a much leaner 95kg than before.

Great workout once I stopped sucking but I am paying for a bit in my lower back and knee.

Yea so was breaking at the knees early and too much up until my 2nd single at 220 so everything felt heavy AF and shitty on my knee (and also limited my depth). Which sucks it took me so long to figure it out because I really wanted to try something off the program today (270+) because Luis was going for 4 plates…he missed 405 but hit 385 for a 10lbs PR. Now we have to decide the game plan for the next 12 months. I know he was excited for today and tomorrow (testing Bench) but so am I!!!

Not a typo, that is all I did (back pump better but not great). With warmups it was 12 total reps of deadlift.

Luis hit a bench PR of 285 he then had 300 taken from him by his spotter so Toby (his spotter) is dead to us.

Luis’s gym PRs are now 41kg south of the Mexican record. He has 12 months to build.

As long as I am here I guess I should mention my hips were high AF on deads so that will need to be fixed next week. I will probably only deadlift one more time in the next 2 weeks for hopes of a Squat PR. Back was a little beat up from deads yesterday but weirdly it feels awesome now.

I have been feeling pretty good most of the time this week. Today though walking to the gym my back went literally numb by the time I was half way there…its a 5 minute walk. JJ walked on my back though and otherwise there was no way I was even walking home.

Just one more Dead session in the next 2 weeks and a ton more mobility to work on my butt wink that came back should help a ton.

Luis is in town to see me…or his gf ran a marathon here this morning so they are in town for that…it really depends on who you ask. She trained for it by doing her normal BB/PL work but dropped Squats (kept deads) and her normal accumulative hour of cardio per week. I will hold my tongue about marathon running and how certain people train for them but lets just say SHOTS FIRED in my head hahaha

PDC EVOLVE GOSSIP DONT PAUSE THE BENCH ON YOUR CHEST IT CAUSES NERVE DAMAGE!!! Or at least this is what somebody’s trainer at evolve tells people like LMFAO!!! Her client has also gone from a 2 plate closeish grip paused bench press for 2 to half repping 105. They also went from a 2 plate to depth pause squat to a quarter rep 95 lbs Squat. PRs were under my tutelage of literally 1 day a week for about 6 weeks LMFAO. Like at what point in time do you go this isnt working? Other gossip is about a dude losing all his gains going vegan to date a vegan…not a joke. I would totally change a lot of things to get some action (in my youth) but I draw the line at gains lost.

ARNOLD SPORTS FESTIVAL!!! Dan Green pulled 900 conv and beltless post quad tear and surgery at 35…I think I am adding another year or 2 to my PL career. I am pretty healthy except my back and I think I can get that to where it is supposed to be by keeping up with my mobility. I will balance PLing better in the future than I currently am though…in 6 months I will balance it better. Right now it is burn the bridges; all my eggs in 1 basket; LETS FKN GOOOO!!!

I HAVE A DATE!!!

July 27th 28th 29th WPC Nationals in Parral, Chihuahua (~4 hour drive to the middle of no where).

THE STARS ARE ALIGNING!!! I shouldnt be working at that time, my current cycle plan already lines up perfectly with those dates, non tested and a 24 hour weigh in (I am actually not a fan of this but if it is offered I will take advantage).

Fairly certain anybody I have to beat to claim Mexico’s strongest will be there…but that still wont be my goal.

Yea not a great workout, I just didnt have it today. Depth and mobility were great (too great tbh) but again I just couldnt get those hamstrings working but my back feels great.

Floor at Prince is mostly flat but a bit slippery but the rack is an ok height. The bar was the bendiest I have ever used and that includes the Oly Crossfit ones. They have other options but not a lot of straight ones…who would of thought in my life time I would have a hard time finding a straight bar…da bump tssst :rainbow_flag:

SUPPS: Started Mast today at 300mg EOD (1050mg / week). Friday was my last day of Winstrol, didnt see the point in 2 DHTs and just in case back pump is kidney related I stopped it.

At 12 weeks out I will switch to Tren E at 300mg EOD and at 2-3 weeks out here comes the probably superdrol!!!

Test stays at 875mg / Week through out.

I do feel pretty decent about the drugs. With just 875mg of Test I have hit 95% of my all time PRs on Bench (418 to 425) and Squat (606 to 635) and Deads I am becoming healthy and hit some volume PRs and at least very close to old rep PRs. My previous PRs all came with a lot more mgs of harder stuff.

TODO LIST:
-Lose 5+kg (to get to 95ish kg which doesnt help the weight classes much but helps my wilks a TON)
-Make a Program
-Figure out Gym situation (I am currently a member of 3 and go to a 4th on Sunday)

Just not feeling the heavy today. Lower back is feeling a million times better than it was buuuut it had a pinch and 545 didnt move like I wanted it to so I called it. These next 2 weeks are all about Squat and Bench anyways.

HOOK GRIP: My grip slipped a TON on that 545 but it still didnt even come close to dropping it. Hook is STRONGER than Mixed.

MIXED GRIP: The equivalent of Squatting in running shoes.

Out of curiosity, how much do typical ‘supps’ cost. I haven’t the faintest idea.

Like, say, hypothetically, a 12 week cycle for a first timer.

Asking for a friend. Also, just ballpark. I couldn’t even venture a guess if this would be $200 or $2000.

I have had more than one person come up to me and say this and then take my picture. I would much prefer this than seeing someone trying to be sneaky and take my picture!

Test E, Arimidex and Novladex probably around $200. Depending on source and shipping. I think I get really good prices though and buy in bulk to negate shipping costs (brings it closer to $125).

When I was making it the cost for for me was like $50 for that cycle.

Tell him pre and post blood work should be mandatory and will probably add another $50 to cost. Bare minimum would be Total Test levels anytime before first injection (to establish a baseline) and 3-4 months after PCT to hope he is back close to that number. Adding estrogen levels to both of those would be smart too.

An entire blood work panel is probably not that important with unless taking orals or harder drugs than Test, EQ or Masteron…and I strongly recommend the Test only route. Easiest to manage and gains will probably be about the same.

I did this to a dude I thought looked like Christian Thibodeau. Showed him a pic and took a selfie with him. He laughed. He and the woman were both jacked so I thought the chances were higher than normal.

Was feeling pretty annoyed after an abandoned Squat workout. But you guys always know when to post in here :smiley:

For the first time ever I did my entire warm up, got under the bar and just nothing worked. It was like I was beyond drunk…but unlike when you are drunk and think you can dance this was an out of body experience knowing everything was off.

Hip shift…no it wasnt even hip shift, it was like a complete lack of coordination swaying left and right.

Knee cave…no, it was like I didnt even try to keep my knees out.

Hesitation…yea I was aware that I was messing this up so by the time I got to 3 plates I had developed the yips.

Lower back pain residual from Tuesday that was there for every rep. It wasnt anything I couldn’t go through but with the list of shit I couldnt get right I just stopped. Which this is complete BS because normally I am in debilitating lower back pain for the first hour or 2 of every day and my back has felt great ever since I left the gym after smashing my toe…and I didnt take any pain pills for that because I wanted my body to heal as fast as possible. (broscience mostly)

Glutes still not truly engaged.

After a few sets of singles at 180kg I put 210kg on the bar and stood it up but didnt even bother to walk it out.

SO TO RECAP TLDR; worked up to 3x1@180kg but I forgot how to Squat…came home took arimidex will eat nap and try again later tonight…at the bare minimum I will hit some Machine Squats or something that I dont have to be coordinated for.

Oh and I didnt even get to make my super awesome Dad joke with my new tights. Spoiler alert…I will save it for another day.

I actually seriously feel drunk right now. (and going through all my typos…) I started cutting a few days ago maybe the fat burning hit a patch of weed residue?

Stopped thinking and just moved weight. I was also a little pissed which had to help. I did everything right in the first workout, this one I didnt even tie my shoes until 5 plates. I also did 0 warmup and got a ride to the gym…tee hee mi Suegra and Wifey dropped me off with my back back like a kid in 6th grade.

One more really positive thing to take away. Last year during prep I was struggling to hit 585 consistently. This year 585 hasnt always felt great but it has always been locked out.

I was supposed to Squat buuut just feeling beat up so I think this is a perfect time to see if I can get away with 3 days off before I test it on Thursday. Hopefully staying on top of my mobility work is enough.

WPC NATS
The 3 strongest Raw lifters in Mexico will be there (yes I include myself in that list). I think I have the best Bench, Israel (93kg) has the best Squat (in wraps) and Pikis (105kg) has the best Deadlift (but both of their deadlifts are better than mine). I should at least make this interesting.

Weight classes this year are 85-94-105 with a 24 hour weigh in. Right now they are saying it is a 3 day event and under 94s compete on a different day than the 105s which shouldnt matter but I really want to compete along side (and against) Pikis. Oh well I am not going to bother thinking about this until about 6 weeks out…I mean I will not bother thinking about this again until 6 weeks out.

Hopefully they get their stuff together and the 94s and 105s are on the same day.
