I walked it out and I remember it feeling weird on my back. I descended and remember feeling forward and then I dont remember anything.

On the video I went down it looked good then when I was walking it back in my legs went to jelly and I only racked the right side and the left missed and I crumpled. Even 15 seconds after I stumbled like I was passing out then I do remember staring at the plates on the floor trying to figure out what happened.

I did 2 more singles because I needed to “get back on the horse”.

I was supposed to hit 5 singles in the 495 to 545 range so most interesting part will be to see how this volume/intensity combination affects my test on Thursday (for a more efficient peak).

AFTER GOOGLING APPARENTLY I FIXED MY BRACING ISSUES Basically I braced so hard when I took in a new breath the rapid loss in blood pressure caused me to faint LOL…the belt was a bit tight for this rep and instinctively I did loosen the belt for the next 2 reps.

I might be able to explain that to my wife…

I’ve done that front squatting. Literally the last thought I had after walking out was, I wonder if this is what blacking out would feel like. Then I heard a crash, which was the bar hitting the safeties.

Physique: 97.5cm waist so that is awesome, definition is coming back to legs and abs feeling tighter. But I am still at 100.7kg so I will be kicking up the diet today and then again next week to get down to a better weight.

Damn, glad you’re alright! I was kind of expecting a face plant though to be honest. I’ve definitely had more than one of those mini black outs.

Deadlifting gets me; apparently I’m not smart enough to always grab a breath at the top of the rep so when I finally do breathe after the bar is back on the ground I grab the rack and use it for legs.

Things moved awesome but other things are feeling “stringy”. Combination of things being heavy for a while and getting leaner and “dryer”.

Supps and “Supps” and BP
-Starting adding Salt-Lite to every liter because I just wasnt drinking enough or eating enough Salt-Lite so 2 birds.
-Started Superdrol last Tuesday after a couple days off of other orals and my back pump is not back. I also increased my AI while dropping the Dbol (causing the “dryness”) so I am pretty sure back pump is Estrogen related. I didnt mention it because I had no idea how long I would be on it but now I will be on it until Saturday.
-Lowering my Masteron Dose to 700mg because after 9 days I went through 1 vial soooo at that rate I will run out of Mast after 6 weeks and it will be another 4 month Tren cycle. #NOTHAPPENING
-Drastically dropping carbs has kept my fingers from getting swollen in the afternoon…it helped the fat melt too so win win.

Album and movie were great! I was pretty over the Super hero movies after Civil war and Batman vs Superman. The heroes dont fight each other, thats what makes them heroes so other than Superhero fight porn those plot lines made no sense to me. I think I should watch more Transformers!!

Minor black out issues on 405 again but got it under control and tweaked my hip on 585 so called it. Kind of annoyed and kind of relieved, really didnt feel comfortable in that rack. Pins too low and if I blacked out on a rerack the only side you can unrack from has no support beams on the bottom so it will tip over and I will be pinned between a rack and a mirror. It turns out my all time favorite bar can handle the weight though so HURAAYYY!!!

200kg bench Huge Goal done, will analyze this block and apply it to my peak in July.

AM Weight 98.8kg Water cut was only like 2kg, the bigger question was if Pasta is something I can eat to refeed. (Yes)

OK going to take it easy the rest of the weekend, keep up on prehab shit and probably have 2 too many tomorrow and then Prep Starts Monday.

Marriage Counseling: Communication is everything, I let Wifey know I was going to be an ass, I wasnt going to talk and I was going to need her to be attentive and on top of things and she accepted and shined. This might have been her greatest performance as a Wife hahaha only mostly serious.

I am a little bit of a Bond nerd (despite their checkered history) so this is a a Vesper. I have had that unopened bottle of Kina Lillet for about 2 years. I made it a point to buy Martini Glasses today but still mixed it in the Superman cup that came from the Theater This is the most authentic version I think you can make unless you have access to Gordon’s gin which I dont (Russian Vodka and Tanqueray is close to Gordon’s in flavor from what I read). For the Tastiest version I would go with Ciroc and Hendrick’s.

Quick Ciroc rant: Ciroc is BOMB!!! Most Vodka’s are made from grain (meh) or potato (little oilier and my prior favorite). Ciroc is made from Grapes and you can taste the faintest of grape flavor in the vodka. It adds a little something that will come out in vodka based drinks that are mostly vodka.

HAPPY SATURDAY!!! The ladies are doing pedicures and manicures and I am bartending!! Some good vibes happy time music…it isnt Reggae but it is fun.

Going to enjoy every minute of today before I go back to enjoying every minute of prepping on Monday.

MOndays are a lot more fun when you dont drink. FUCK DRINKING!!! Still hungover. That is close if not the most hungover I have ever been. Mi Hermanito gets Married March 5th (I tried to tell that day was already a Star Wars holiday but he didnt care) and so that should be it for me…for life.

No Blackouts on Squats and depth was great. I added a lot more warmup sets and reps. I also breathed a lot.

Bench felt heavy and the floor was slippery as shit. I think I should be leg driving with a little more downward force rather than horizontal though so I will be forced to fix this.

Still “dehydrated” and brain still fuzzy fk me I suck at life. I am going to start tracking my water intake though. OK PEACE OUT!!! LET THE PREP BEGIN!!!

The PL gym that was supposed to open didnt (shocker LOL). Dude’s partner pulled out last night. But the dude is the one with the equipment so if he can find a spot it is still a go. I might ask around a bit to see if there is an existing gym he could partner with…like a certain box that is a 5 minute walk from here. He had a TEXAS POWER BAR FFS!!! Seriously, I have never even seen one. I have competed and never seen a decent bar. He also had chains and a Trap bar which are both things I would use in this prep.

Came home a bit nauseous from the gym but my body actually feels pretty good as far as back, knees, quads and anything else goes. Aside from the “dehydration” and a little muscle soreness I think this is how you can feel in life. I will be honest though 3 weeks of Deads Twice a week the day after Squats is going to catch up.

Depending on how much I eat I might try to get some Rows and More Biceps done later. HAPPY TUESDAY!!! We almost made it to…Wednesday.

I am dropping the scripted sets for AMRAPS…I just dont have what it take to NOT take a working set to near failure.

DIET Still no where near 100% so I am going to dial in everything that I can. Boring up my food and no more snacks. I also need to drop some flub so this will help that a bunch.

WPC BENCH RULES Feet dont have to be flat which helps because I have that tendency but the big one is my head can come up which I think adds 10kg immediately to my Bench. 1st time I benched 315 for 8+ I was using a head lift and heave type motion. It took me well over a year to replicate that rep PR with out it.

MOBILITY Body has been feeling really good but this week I didnt keep super up on my mobility and today I can tell. Seriously the hardest part to moving heavy weights is all the bullshit you have to do when you aren’t touching the bar.

Pretty fkn pathetic. I have ran myself into the ground…it only took about 5 days. I dont know anybody who’s training is more hit or miss than mine. Going to the gym I was dreading deads and just feeling like a slug in sand (because slugs like mud…I think).

I am going to make some minor tweaks (mostly just lower intensity of back downs and consolidate Deads and Squats into heavy+light and light+heavy). The heavy (strength) numbers all stay the same.

I am also going to get more aggro with this cut. I am looking leaner but I am still 101kg and I think that could have a lot to do with how sluggish I have been feeling this week.

Now I have to go get measured for a suit, ugh worst Friday ever…I mean until I have to wear the damn thing.

I HATE DRESSING UP!!! 1st, it is uncomfortable AF. 2nd, anybody with $12 can rent a suit or get a hair cut so no, it is not impressive. Lastly, it is only attractive because you were told it was. If this were real life what would be attractive is the pair of pants that allow you to carry the most weapons, food and shelter. THAT would get the mates*. Not this suit that doesnt let me raise a glass or these shoes that hurt my fat fkn feet.
