Cardio was because it is cold AF here (by Mexico standards) and because this weather lasts 3-4 weeks nobody has central heating. Our house has this magical ability to be hotter than outside in the scorching summer and also colder than outside in winter. Really no idea how that works.

Also I think I have test flu. So that’s fun, going from almost no test to an oopsie over dose I think it’s test flu.

AM Weight: 99.25 Bit annoyed by that as all I didnt eat yesterday but its irrelevant now as tonight I am gonna fk off hard. More on that later.

December has been a FKN Disaster
OK actually, poker has gone great. Training has been a disaster almost completely for shit gear. This was supposed to be my TRT get healthy month but noooooo. I was also low key prepping for an SBD day on Monday but also no.

So long story longer it wasnt test flu, it was a reaction of some kind (possible infection) to my last injection. I have thrown out the rest of those vials. Went to the doctor and they werent sold it was an infection but gave me the sript anyways but I am just taking Ibuprofen for the next couple days to see if it clears up.

So right now I am giving up on December, going to enjoy too many beers with Wife and Fam, probably eat some junk, and train what I can when I can. I will sort the rest in January.

Tonight its Boneless wings and Coronas NOM NOM and probably continue Traverlers on Netflix. Yea so I will probably be 103kg tomorrow…and unable to Squat angry.gif

AM Weight: 101.2kg Not as bad as predicted. Also didnt drink too much so that was cool but did have some quality time with wifey. Travelers is fkn awesome.

AM Weight 102.2kg and hungover like a MFer…but from trash food. 60% of my food and 90% of my calories yesterday came from the mall. So ice cream, chocolates, a protein cookie and Carl’s Junior. I feel less hungover after actual drinking. On the plus side last night I was looking jackt AF after all those carbs.

So you Want to Take Drugs from an Underground Lab to get HYUGE??? This is the list of shit I have dealt with the past month or so while trying to be on TRT.

-XT 350 (250 Enanthate 100 Prop) used for several months was fine, now causing hella PIP and redness with their new batch (supplier ran out for a week or 2 while I assume they brewed more and this batch was shit)

-PPL 250 Test E Chinese and have never had issues until I started having issues with XT and last injection knotted like a MFer…possibly rejecting Test E?

-AL 300 Test E Pain free, Redness Free, Test Free…it is fake. Blood Test confirmed that is most likely fake.

-XT 300 Test E injected into Lat which is usually a good spot but this time it knotted up like a MFer. It might still be aggravated from last time so going to hold off on the verdict of both legit and/or PIP. I am pretty sure it is legit but I am getting a blood test in a couple weeks to be sure…assuming I can inject it and still be able to train.

-PC 300 Test E havent tried yet. I completely trust the legitimacy of dosage but not 100% on quality. I am saving this for Prep as it should be my best bet at this point. This is kind of a funny company. It is owned by Mexican BBers who live here in Torreon. It is made in the USA and distributed to both US and Mexico. The biggest problem is cost with this company as they range anywhere from 50% to 100% higher priced than the other companies…but apparently you get what you pay for.

-Homebrew Test Prop 100mg Fkn smooth like butter. No issues. So my body is both not rejecting test prop or testosterone…usually Prop is the issue as the Propionate ester is itself an allergen, Enanthate is usually universally well tolerated but I suppose I could have some how built up an allergy to it…but incredibly highly unlikely

-Homebrew EQ/NPP Also no issues is body is not rejecting the solvents that are supposed be used…however I have no fkn clue what has been used in those UG Labs.

OK time to eat and work, brain working mildly better than this morning. Then at 3 I got a date to Netflix and Chill but reverse the order :smiley:

EDIT: XT300 turned into a full blown injection so I am on anitbiotics. This might be the worst I have ever had. Hopefully I can train lower body tomorrow and upper Tuesday.

Our family does Secret Santa and I have mi Hermanita. I got her exactly what she wanted (leather jacket…straight from my highschool days LOL). Well then I put it in a plastic shopping bag and wrapped that in enough tape to make Dexter Morgan blush. THEN I wrapped that rather crazily in green wrapping paper and used a bit too much tape. THEN I wrapped that in red wrapping paper once again crazy like but using a normal amount of tape. And of course a Bow. I assume she will forgive me when she sees the Jacket. If not unfortunately she knows where I sleep.

What a stupid Sweat had MIA money line and they were up 23 in the 4th to give up 2 touchdowns AND 2 extra points in the last 29 seconds (onside kick successful) to send it to Overtime. MIA won it for me in OT but honestly this is one of those beats that would have been so bad you really don’t care because you have a great story.

Did this with my Homey Jose who we Workout / See each other about once per year. Poop is actually a Mexican expression like “near death”. In this case it was both literal and figurative LOL.

OMG Lat is so fkn pissed. It hurts like a MTHR FKR. Also I am so fat Mi Hermanita just called me a pumpkin because I am wearing my orange sweater…she was not wrong.

If you own a gym dont miss the finer things. This gym provided towels, has super nice bathrooms, all the nicest newest machines and a Sauna. Yet, their Squat rack is complete shit, the floors are incredibly slippery, hexagon plates that if more than 2 people are Squatting nobody else has enough and every one was so impressed with my $8 collars I actually sent out the link of where to buy them to a couple members. Part of my frustration with gyms like this is that these are the nicest gyms in this half of the country and the same problems keep popping up. The owner of this gym is a seasoned BBer too so they should know better than the Corporate shills.

Could just be the owner is more concerned with making money. Why provide equipment that won’t get used as much as facilities that will? I wouldn’t be surprised if the owner has a nice setup of his own somewhere for when he trains and for his buddies.

Its definitely this. I am kind of a purest, like do what you love but no matter what do it right. This particular owner I am sure trains there.

I couldn’t ever open a gym. I’d go broke in a few months. I would be a horrible PT as well. Jake had to let one of his coaches go because her attitude was similar to mine and he got too many complaints.

She was nice, just had zero time for excuses and didn’t give a shit what was going on with trainees outside of training. Only difference between her and I is I know I’m not suited to the job.

AM Weight 100.7kg Very pleasant surprise. Antibiotics got me hella bloated. Switching to Tamoxifen from Anastrozole will add some water weight as well and I took this weight in a bit more clothes than normal because it is cold and my Lat hurts so fkn bad. However seeing my fat ass on the quad X machine yesterday we cutting hard every meal that isnt a family meal. I really want to avoid starting the new year on a cut/hyper block if at all possible.

My Test Enanthate alErGy: Probably not Allergic. I took my TRT shot yesterday from PC and by now is when I would be showing symptoms. Antibiotics wouldnt stop an allergy.

My Lat: Most of the redness is gone but it is still very painful. I think we are moving from infection with abscess to sterile abscess.

Training: None I am signing off for a couple days. Hopefully Thursday I can resume training (when gyms open again). Going to get my poker grind on then go watch Starwars with wifey and find her an Xmas present. Tonight it is off to Rodeo with the rest of the fam (pronounced: Roe Day Oe, i know weird LOL)

Truth behind the Beltless Pause squats is I was afraid to create too much intra abdominal pressure because these antibiotics fkn with my digestive system today LOL. I was also a bit sore still from monday so definitely wasnt feeling volume. On the plus that is probably a PR.

Starwars IX Disney I think has a no dating before married rule. And this definitely wasnt my favorite movie in the series but I really need to see it again in a marathon before I judge it too harshly. I think the last trilogy was plagiarism that would be expected in B movies with the budget an A+ movie.

@planetcybertron inspired me to try a 10x10 on deads. I got half way there even with cheating and doing it as a pyramid instead of straight weight.

AM weight: 101.2kg Not bad, I dont feel super fluffy so not mad at the number.

This fucked my delts UP. I woke up in the middle of the night with incredibly terrible delt pain, not muscular. Not doing these again although I am pretty sure this is not the first time I have done this exercise and had this response.

Funnily enough I did these with the 20lbs EZ bars and there was a small woman doing the same exercise with the 40lbs bar. Every one is built different.

THIS fucked up my Hip PIP. I really think I injured the muscle or something. The pain was probably getting better until I took the Ibuprofen to Deadlift on Saturday and since it has been worse. I can flex the muscle (although not quite as well as the other) but there is no swelling or redness. It just fkn hurts. I injected there last Monday and the PIP started Wednesday (a little tardy but but a sign of the hormone not being absorbed as fast as the carrier oils and solvents).

Fk this month LOL. This month I was supposed to get all this sorted. Oh well 2020 here we come.
