I woke up today feeling so much less watery. I did 2 things yesterday. I switched from sweet potatoes to regular potatoes and took a shot of Test Prop because that is the only test i have that I know is both good and wont cripple me (only home brew).
On the one hand I really dont want it to be the Sweet potatoes, because they taste so good (fk it is probably the sweet potatoes). On the other hand it would be a huge waste of money if it was the gear. If it isnt the gear though that new stuff was pip freeâŠfk it is probably the gear. LOL I need the results!!!
Yes so the stupid fkn lab wonât have results until Monday (which means Tuesday). Like if you canât do it then donât say you can. So now I have to both assume itâs good and not until then. Fk off this fkn city. Yes I am blaming this city because shit like this is constant here.

DOCBP is short for Delayed Onset Crippling Back Pain. LOL fun times. Tried to get out of bed to go to the bathroom last night and I couldnt walk. I had been moving or sitting all day basically keeping pressure on it and when i laid down on my back (legs elevated) it let my spine decompress or something and that was that. If I lay on my side this doesnt happen, it usually doesnt happen to this degree either. Any who, taking a break from Block Pulls and I will try them one more time with a belt to see if I keep them in the rotation.
AM Weight: 99.2kg Bit of a surprise as I had a snack yesteday and a 2am chicken breast so I will take it. Waist feels great tooâŠexcept the lower back part which is loosening up.

Bench form (and strength) is a bit shit so instead of Incline Bench I went with what was supposed to be a tune up Comp bench workout that was a bit higher RPE than I had hoped.
Also delts felt like shit so I dropped all my other pressing assistance after board press.
I am sure my crashing body weight has something to do with my strength loss too but I am getting a bit more comfortable and ready for prep.
Diet: High Day ABout 3100 calories and if I do the math yesterday was ~3100 too but that was a 2 a day and most of those calories came from Potatoes and today its coming from brown rice so a bit higher.
OK, its my favorite holiday and not sure if I want to work orrrrrr what ever. Maybe Wifey and I can get into some trouble.
AM Weight: 100.4kg No surprise there, high day yesterday but I will be potato blasting the rest of the weekend so I should be back under 100kg by Monday.

My back days have been shit for a bit and the reason is probably how I cycle caffeine. 400mg for Lower Days, 200mg for Bench and nothing for back days. So today I took 400mg and it was a great workout. I even did T-Bar RowsâŠI mean with just 1 plate but by the time I got there it was hard AF.
IG Squats = High Bar, Beltless, Pause Squats. Adding a 3rd Squat day very light just to get the movement pattern back. That weight isnt even what I consider my full warm upâŠbut it still felt heavy AF today as I had a bit of DOMS that was unnoticeable until the bar was on my back.
OK still deciding on what to do todayâŠwork (pokerz), nothing (netflix and hopefully chill), or stupid nothing (drank tee hee). All week I kept telling myself how much I hate drinking and now its the weekend and Im all like YEA DRANK BITCH!!! Yes I know I have a problemâŠbut I wont next yearâŠwhich is another problem I have saying no.
Love this songâŠmy wifeâs guilty pleasure of reggaeton has infected me. Its a guilty pleasure because reggaeton isnt known for being the most PC of musicâŠeven this song I am sure if I fully understood all the innuendos I wouldnt like it as much.
Prep Program Complete:
LOL jking but we did finally have the house to ourselves so I brewed a batch of Tren E 200 and a batch of Tren Ace 90 + Mast Prop 130 (it was supposed to be 150/100 but I added 20 mL in hopes of less PIP)
Program Code Name: 5 as in I have never attempted a program with 2 rest days


Split has 2 off days which I think is why I should survive. Also there is zero meaningful assistance for lower body.
SQUATS: RPE based, 3x a week, very similar to what I ran last year for a 300kg Squat.
BENCH: Same program I have been running but the Board Press will be heavier. If delts get shitty I might drop working sets to 2 or even take a deload workout which should have minimal effect on strength.
DEADS: This is a bit weird for me. If I hit the target then 20lbs heavier next week, if not retry missed target. I wont be missing lifts but on an off day calling it early. Then backdown sets, those might be too heavy so I will adjust weight if needed to get 3-5 back down sets.

Lower Back a bit tender especially after deads. The belt helped a bit but yea no more beltless work and probably no more Block Pulls after I try them with the Belt.
Squats: Very happy with that. Lower back was squiffy even with squats. Also depth wasnt great but it got better with weight (oddly enough) and I think now that I am squatting 3x per week depth and form will get much better.
Deads: Target was 545 for a beltless single followed by 3+ sets of 5 with 405 also beltless but yea, lower back was not having it.
Blood Tests: 90% chance new gear is fake. I am going over the math and my numbers line up almost exactly with the new stuff being fake. Pretty fucking annoying. This also explains a shit ton though. On the plus side the shit gear is legit however it is shit gear.
There is a gear I trust but it is way more expensive and I have had the same issues with quality control. SOO FUCKING ANNOYING!!! Drug Prohibitions only fuck the people, it doesnt actually stop anything.
Now that the anger/annoyance has passed I am rather impressed with myself as to how in tune I am with my hormones. 1 Week after my last real injection and I could tell.
When I first went on TRT I was doing shots once every 6 days and would notice by day 4 or 5 that my levels got low. I am pretty sure I metabolize test faster than the average person which probably helps me stay in tune or what not. It might also explain why my test was always low IDK though I am not a doctor.

Wife is driving me nuts. She thinks she is fat* so she is trying to eat less while also taking the same amount of insulin meanwhile half of what she is eating is cheese. So her sugar is crashing fairly frequently which is just so horrible for her to go through and me to watch. So I have to have the same conversations with her about food I have had 1000 times. Literally probably 1000 times. About food choices rather than restriction of amounts etc.

PRO TIP for SOs: Anytime I see my wife getting a bit unhealthy I look in the mirror. Usually I have put on too much fluff and when I correct that I dont know if she subconsciously gets in better shape or makes a conscious effort but she follows suit. Its not that the bad food stops being in the house because of her family and we (wifey and I) dont eat the same foods anyways so the mind truly boggles but it works.

Crippling back pain today and I have never been more worried for tearing something than today with my Triceps. They got so fried from the unracks that even the Board Press every rep I was praying to the Science Gods âdont let this be my last repâ. After that top single of 395 (supposed to be a 3x1) I went around to every Squat rack trying to find a rack that would work but nothing. I did the Board Press in the childrenâs bench.
LOL My WifeâŠas always. She could see the pain and struggle I had today âI know you dont want to hear this but you dont have any test in your systemâ.
That really wasnt hard for me to hear, I already knew and was thinking that. What is hard to think about is the amount of time and money I am going to have to spend on Blood Tests the coming weeks. The Lab I trust, their website isnt currently working. Maybe tomorrow.
