Ok we are celebrating Thanksgiving today so football and food. No booze, I got to get a good workout tomorrow.

AM Weight: 102.2kg This is a surprise but only that it is so low. Yesterday my weight actually came back up to 101.6ish which was a surprise. But looking much better than I did post weekend of Brats and Beer.

Thanksgiving Was Awesome Turkey was perfect. She added Orange Zest and Sucralose. It was my favorite.

November Pokerz: Went well. 6 of 7 winning months and the months are starting to get to where it would pay the bills. Job changes are always stressful but looking back and see some consistency is nice.

Squats felt great today, its almost like not having debilitating injection related bullshit is great for performance.

Deads felt ok, Dead stop is new and I think it will take my Deadlift to a new level.

Block pulls were brutal. I will definitely be reevaluating how I proceed with them as scripted sets with these just isnt going to work.

This FKN Underground Gear: When I removed all my body hair I noticed I had red blotches in both my quads from my last injections which were both before my last workout. It explains why everything felt like shit that day.

Nothing has ruined more workout in the last 3 years than Injection related problems. Be it infections or PIP. Actually in my entire lifting career (~20 years off and on, last 8ish years hard) if we added up all my injuries that affected workouts (including the probably PED caused tendonitis) injections have fkt up more workouts than all that combined. We could add hangovers to that too.

So with my current Test it is incredibly painful. I am going to start adding 1mL of Boldenone to each injection (~350mg per week) and hope that fixes the problem. It isnt enough EQ to add anything but if it makes the PIP go away it will be a game changer and I will probably run it through the next 7 months of cycling until I have my own home brew test and go back on TRT.

AM Weight: 100.3kg This was a huge surprise. I stuck to the potato and chicken diet mostly but I also ate a ton of my wife’s sugar free desserts. I ate my last meal already full. Potatoes for the WIN!!! I also think being able to actually train legs is a huge metabolic booster.

Wifey made brownie cheese cake bars things which were good (not her best tbh) but her Pumpkin Pie I legit think is the best Pumpkin Pie I have ever had, sugar or not.

Injection PIP The EQ helped a ton. It is a bit early to tell for certain but it is already better than last time.

AM Weight 100.3kg Pretty happy with that and since I am out of stuffing and pumpkin pie that should come down a bit more.

PIP FML its back, not nearly as bad as it was but I have this nightmare scenario in my head that my Hips have turned into my Glutes where I cant inject hardly anything with out a painful lump. I just ordered some prop free test (although one of my injections was Enanthate only) and I will try to give my hips a rest.

We got to the gym and I bought a water. Then my wife gave me the water she brought for me. I was afraid to ask if she brought my water, but of course, even in a fight she did.

Poker went well and my brain isnt great today (obv) so taking a half day. I doubt I hit my hands goal for this month but I bet it will be one of my better months.

Yea weirdly enough my hip was fine through a BW squat but sucks to go up stairs or walk so I just moved everything back a day. Either way super fun workout and now its time to grind.

Cold Water Immersion seems to hinder muscle growth.

If my lower back survives December I will have added 20kg to my deadlift. Having said that I probably need to completely redo my January Prep because Block pulls after Comp Deads are fkn brutal…but having said that I really dont give a shit how much I block pull just that I do. We will see how December goes. Also in January there will be Zero Squatting pre Deadlifts so that should help a ton.

Fk this Stupid FKN PIP So my Lat injection has knotted up and is red (chinese Test E). Its not overly painful but still. I am about to inject 3cc EQ (homebrew), 1cc Tren (same UG Lab as other Test Blend) and 1cc Prop (homebrew) into 3 different locations and watch them all be fine which means my body is just rejecting test E. In my history there has been only 1 homebrew I have had an issue with and it is Test Enanthate. There is a rumor (i dont know enough about anything to know if true or not) that sometimes when making Test E it can come out semi toxic (that isnt caught by filtering). I would bet about 90% of all Steroids come from the same place in China so it would not be a stretch that several UG labs in Mexico are using the same test as the test that is in my Chinese Test. But I doubt they fk it up like that so IDK.

I have also used 2 different types of syringes, slin and 23g.

SWEET POTATO SEASON BABY!!! I dont normally eat sweet potatoes because they are like 50 pesos a kg and regular potatoes are some where between 10 and 20. Well right now Sweet Potatoes are at 19 pesos a kg so I am going to enjoy it while it lasts. I am pretty sure my favorite meal is White Rice, Sweet potato, chicken and broth poured over top.

Very happy with that considering I did enough delt work yesterday that they were sore when warming them up for squats earlier today LOL.

Periodization: I know I said I wasnt going to periodize December but I did, because I am me. Just Deads, Comp Bench, Board Press and Incline Bench all Linear Progression. I am testing a couple things for next year. Mainly can I Comp Bench and Comp Squat once per week with the other day being a variation. For bench this seems like a great way to stay healthy (delts or lower back) or get healthy if need be next year. For Squats I dont see this working but I think I can get away with 2 Comp Squat days and one day I work up to something in the 80-85% range and the other in the 90+ range. Oh fk me I could run the exact same thing I am running for Bench.

Travelers on Netflix Only on Episode 4 but I love the idea behind it and the execution is pretty good too. Also really like the Will and Grace actor whom I dont know his name or anything else he has been in but I like him.

Pokerz: I need a fkn Drank Ummmm yea long trying day at work. We are 7 for 7 on wins for the month which is fkn awesome and only 1k hands behind schedule. A couple of those days came at a really high sanity cost though. Imagine digging for gold, and finding it. But you found it in a swamp while fighting against a team of jigglypuffs with wiffle ball bats and you arent allowed to hit them back. Yea we made the paper but they tried my damn fkn patience.

OK now heading to my cousins soft opening for their new bar. No idea what to expect. They dont have their liquor license yet so I am bringing a flask and a ton of “donation” money to be not traded for alcohol as that would be illegal. I always make sure to tip heavy AF any route as I worked in the restaurant business for like 5 years or something. In these situations where free food/booze is given I generally tip the amount given.

AM Weight: 102.2kg Yea that is coming down. My plan is to get to sub 100kg BW by Friday. Then be 97kg Dec 24th, Dec 31st and Jan 6th (prep starts). Prep will go better if I get to grow into it a bit but I cant do that at this BF%…I mean I could but the results would be Jabba the Hutt and an inability to Squat or Deadlift. I bet I bench 5 plates though LOL.

I would write PR for the Deadstop and Block pulls but literally everything I do in December for those movements will be (and has been) a PR.

I figured there would be a learning curve with Deadstop Deads and Block pulls and there is. How long I can keep this momentum going I dont know but my ultimate goal was to get 7 with 500 which beats my all time Hook Grip PR of 7 with 495 (touch and go). That was a funny set, I tore open both thumbs on the 4th rep and kept going. I think 4-5 is probably more realistic.

Klaus on Netflix Loved it, great story. And very clear Netflix is targeting the younger more equality and progress concerned generations. That is just smart business but more importantly it gives me hope for the future. I currently have zero.

Ok so pretty annoyed. I am super fkn watery which I can only think of 3 reasons.

Sweet potatoes are like triple the calories. (Unlikely)

My estrogen levels are magically through the roof (unlikely because I have been taking my AI and I am not craving chocolate or moody)

My test is bunk. It’s really the only thing that makes sense to be this bloated while eating like I am. Every time in the past that I stopped test this is exactly what happened.

So I went and got a blood test and I will know tomorrow.
